Bought this for the eclipse and it did not disappoint me! Great quality!

This ultra dark ND filter works great. I'm happy to have found this, it fits and works great on my Nikon lens. The filter is perfectly dark enough to get ready for to take pictures of the eclipse.

I am just a novice photographer (but learning). I bought this budget filter to see if I could capture the eclipse with my old Canon Powershot SX50 camera. I was very pleased with the results. This filter did its job quite well and at a very reasonable price. The original images were fairly colorless, but bring up the warmth and saturation in post editing gave me the results I was looking for.

Worked as intended

This is sooo dark you can't really shoot anything except the sun. I'm waiting for the total eclipse this year to use it for that. You need to be able to manually adjust your exposure because auto focus can't seem to detect anything since it's essentially an all blacked out scene. Build quality is good, and it fits stacked over my UV filter too

This filter gave clear images at reasonable camera settings (ISO 200-800), and worked for all stages of the eclipse (besides totality).

I bought a 62mm & 58mm lens filters for the solar eclipse & I must say for someone kinda new to photography these filters worked extremely well!

First thing I noticed when I got this was how well it was packaged. Great optic quality care went into making sure the product I received was in top notch condition. I was very impressed. Included was some microfiber cleaning cloths (3 of them)
This K&F Concept ND1000000 Ultra Dark filter came to me, from what I could tell... flawless and pristine. I normally keep my optics clean and dust free, and will normally use a bulb duster to swoosh away any dust, it will be some time before I need to use these cloths but I think it was an extra bonus that they thought to include them.
The filter manufacturing itself... Glass, machining and anodizing look great and of a caliber I would have expected to pay more for.
The first thing did when I got this out of the container was to screw it onto my camera, (Perfect fit and feel, without any rough threads or tight spots) then pointed the works at the sun. What a pleasant sight... I have a Mylar film filter that I have used for looking at the sun, and although this filter blocks out much of the visible light that the Mylar allows, the view from this ND Filter was much more vibrant, pleasing to the eye and I think will make a much better photograph. I am not in the path of totality for the upcoming eclipse (04/2024) so this K&F Concept ND1000000 Ultra Dark Filter will be just what I need for the amount of the eclipse I will see.

The filter worked amazingly well for the eclipse (April 8th, 2024) and has made me want to take even more pictures of the sun!
