absolutely amazing entry level or duty use thermal
This thermal does everything the flir scout does but honestly, just a bit better. some people talk shizz about it, but the thermal is exactly that. your ability to identify things in thermal is a personal skill issue and you just have to learn what to look for.
red white is amazing for blood tracking, if the trail is relatively fresh. white hot or black hot is the best overall. rainbow is just a fun feature, really. very hard to identify things
if nothing else, it looks better than my dads 2.5k ATN THOR optic and its barely half the size.. though, no ballistic computation in this thermal unit
the laser painting feature is fantastic for throwing a red dot out there for others to see, especially at night
