Pros:

I have always loved science but found it difficult to perform lab work because of my glasses and aging hasn't made it easier but with the USB Camera I can now see it clearly on my computer screen and save the images as I please; I only wish this technology existed when I was a kid. The quality and power of the microscope is high and not a cheap toy.

Cons:
The manual is poorly written, hard to follow, and gives incomplete information assuming you already understand the functionality of this type of microscope so I had to figure a lot of it by trial and error. The recommended software isn't included and they give you a hyperlink to type out in a web page and download but it didn't seem to work although I was able to find a copy by searching for it by name over the Internet. The software is free to download and use and works fine on Windows 10.

I followed the instructions in the manual to set up the USB camera and it didn't work so I contacted their customer support. They responded literally within two minutes and in short order the problem was solved. What is required and not stated in the manual is that you need to pull out the lever on the side identified in the diagram as a Connecting PC Computer Trolly for it to work.
