Nice Build, Easy to Use
I have had a fairly decent "student" microscope for several years, with a proper plug-in light source and fairly high magnification, but it was in a whole other league compared to this setup.
The variety of magnifications you can get through different combinations using the two sets of eyepieces, the 4 different objective lenses, and the ability to use the included video camera to view and capture images and videos on the 7" screen and to view them or in real time on a computer or bigger monitor is phenomenal.
I have never dealt with oil-immersion lenses before, so I was a little wary of how that was going to work with the ultra-high magnification combinations using the 100X objective, but it looks to be very straightforward other than the cleanup afterword.
Having said that, I LOVE that the two higher power objectives are spring-loaded, making it practically impossible to succumb to the easy mistake of raising the stage too far and breaking the slide or damaging the surface of the lens.
I am looking forward to reviving my interest in microscopy that I've had since I was a child.

Wow! What a gadget!
I got this for my birthday this year and it by far has not failed to impress me. You can see all kinds of crazy things. I did a water sample study for a BioBlitz a few months ago and I was amazed to see all the Protista and diatoms from the water samples I too. It is an amazing tool for any scientist. I am just a nature nerd in general and love how this microscope feels and looks and operates. Does take some getting used to if you have never used a microscope before but it is pretty nice once you get the hang of it. I love all my lab toys and all the things I do with them. This adds layers to what I already know and does challenge me a lot. I love looking in this thing. It is quite fun to use.

Everything works as promised.
Had this set up for photography and even video recording within minutes, with images/video displaying on a 7" display.
I have 5 microscopes, including a professional/lab instrument that cost many times what this one cost ... and I must say, for what you get and for what you can do with this instrument, it is a steal.
Well packaged and even came with a soft case for everything.
Glad to have this one!

Good buy, would recommend
Nice little scope for a hobbyist like myself. It comes with a few different lenses and objectives which is good. It also came with some sample slides to practice with. The camera is a decent resolution for capturing images of what you're viewing

Great quality
I use a microscope at work on a weekly basis to check particle sizes of our reactions. We have a very expensive microscope and this microscope is just as good at a fraction of the price. I get all the features of the more expensive microscope without having to break the bank.
The magnifiers produce great image quality and performs just as well as some more expensive options, for general use. The eye pieces are easy to adjust and allow for a uniform image with precise control. It features a diaphragm like aperatus that allows you to focus the light for a cleaner sharper view.

Amazing
It was packed very carefully and thoughtfully first of all. It worked immaculately! I haven't tried the 5mp camera since I don't have a laptop yet but will shortly. But so far so good I am very impressed on well it's made especially for the price. I will definitely update after more use and after I've tested the camera option. Overall I am very satisfied, I do recommend and would most likely will purchase more from this vendor.

Nice microscope and easy to use!
My brother is a pharmacist and at least once a month he comes over and we'll mess around with a microscope. I can't say I'm much of an expert with them but he knows all about it. He's got his PhD and is thinking about transitioning into teaching at the college level and I've been his 'test case'. He's really impressed with this microscope. I like the eyepieces which are much more comfortable to use than the previous one I had. Highly recommended!

My son loves it
My boy loves science. He loves this microscope! And he likes to teach science to other kids. This microscope allows him to do that by plugging in the usb attachment to the video display in his classroom. It’s a gift that make sense in his life. It would be better if the manual can be clearer.

Perfect for students or professionals
This product comes with a LOT of things. Its well worth the money no doubt. Right out of the box I viewed cellular structure. Amazing microscope. I honestly couldnt believe the clarity in which I was able to see things through this scope. I like i can connect it to monitor. Great price, and does the job.
