I was relieved to see that the customer service was solid.
I bought a product and accidentally scratched the lens. I should have been more careful because I couldn't attach the lens hood. I contacted the customer center because it was covered by the warranty. At first, I was worried about how they would respond because it was not a Japanese company and I purchased it from Amazon. Recently, Japanese companies have been sending me around a lot of voice support, so that may have been a factor. I made an inquiry through the brand's website instead of Amazon, and the reply was within reason, so I was relieved for the time being. The communication was also smooth and they sent me a new one. It is easier to purchase expensive products when you don't have to worry about after-sales care. However, depending on the project and the person in charge, you may need to communicate in English.
