Hi item received and was recording but I changed time in parameter settings and now it won't record. How do I do a reset to factory settings please. Thanks

1. connect the computer to delete the TXT file, unplug the machine from the computer 2. re-plug the machine, it will generate a brand new TXT file, open it and then follow the instructions to change the time, select the time in the TXT (don't over-select or under-select) and then press the F5 key on the keyboard), and then save the TXT file 3. unplug the machine from the computer, reboot the machine to record and see if the time is normal
