Waterproof Search Coil

After assembly is complete, turn the knob under the volume adjuster up and the screen will light up.
Rotate the knob below SENSITIVITY CONTROL until the METAL FOUND indicator appears on the screen and beeps, then stops.
Turn the knob in the opposite direction until SEARCH is displayed on the screen and the beeping stops, then it stops.

Fun idea to hunt for treasure!
My five year old got this for Christmas. I hid quarters and some other objects for us to find. The detector did not detect the quarters, but it did find many other things. Lots of things were too deep for us to find. I did not expect the detector to detect things so deep. This product is a lot of fun. We can't wait to take it to the beach. However, it is NOT waterproof. Be careful.

Working for scanning logs for sawing!
Finding screws/nails/metal in logs before sawing. Modified the length of the handle a bit to make it more of a hand-held, but seems to be working well. But don't yet know how deep it will find metal into a log.

Simple to operate
It’s not heavy so it’s easy for him to use! The battery life is great! It was quick to assemble and we picked up on it quick. We have made about .79 cents and also probably saved a trip to the ER when we found an old rusty nail! Lol. A lot of fun!
