Bought for use with a Nikon Z6ii for vintage lenses - does exactly what it says on the tin!

The adapter is solidly built and comes in a plastic case which is also great for storing away from dust when not in use. The adapter fits well, but it should be noted that while it fits snugly, it does not provide a weather seal. There are 3 mini set screws that can be used to adjust the rotation of the lens to ensure the aperture ring is either pointing up or at any position you like. This adapter opens up a world of possibilities for vintage lenses with unique effects and bootsale/EBay finds. I would recommend it to anyone who needs an adapter for a collection of lenses or is fascinated by the world of vintage lenses.

Great adapter mounted on Nikon z6 with Zeiss Pancolar 50mm f1.8 and Pentacon 135mm f2.8 no strange match all components fit perfectly. There is also a small recess under the screw mount that allows you to push the membrane pin into the lenses, which allow you to precisely maneuver the membrane through its ring nut. On the z6, the lens holds focus indefinitely and the adapter looks very sturdy. K & F is a guarantee, I have already bought several things including 2 tripods and the quality is always high.

I ordered the nikon Z-m42 adapter for my Nikon z6. The delivery was quick. The adapter was packaged nicely. The adapter fulfills its purpose perfectly, is very stable made of metal, and does not wobble on the Nikon Z6. M42 lenses also focus to infinity. You have to enter the focal length manually in the camera for VR to work. I just can't ask for more from an adapter like this.

It's an adapter that allows discontinued Nikon lenses (like the D-series) to be used with Z-series mirrorless lenses; therefore it has no electrical contacts, totally unusable for lenses that must be used with manual focus and does not transmit data to the camera, and is not well suited for use with the latest generation lenses; it is well made, sturdy but at the same time light and fits well on both sides; it is contained in a practical plastic case (cardboard ones are less protective and wear out easily); several buyers criticize the lack of protective caps, but as the adapter is completely empty inside there is really nothing to protect, a cap would only serve to keep the adapter permanently stuck on a lens
We need to know what it is and what it does

Works with my Z50, with a Nikkor AF 50mm f/ 1.4D lens and Tokina AT-X 116 PRO DX II 11-16mm f/ 2.8

The Nikon Z mount is a little less rigid than the original but perfect up to 135mm. For a longer focal length look for a lens with a foot nut if possible. It is a pity that this ring is supplied without a cap.
Perfect up to 135mm

well built... I stress that it is a simple mechanical adapter that does not integrate autofocus

Great piece of kit. All my old 42mm lenses work perfectly. Well pleased. Definitely recommend this item.
