This spotting scope is amazing, I could see a fly on a warthogs butt about a 1/4 mile away.

I received this item about 10 days ago.My initial impression (from handling it) are that it’s sturdy and well made, easy to operate and well balanced in weight. The lens covers are troublesome, and would benefit from being affixed to the body so they can hang when not covering the glass - right now they are easy to loose, and one needs to have a place to put them!! Also the tripod feels cheap, especially the legs and there are no instructions on how to attach and use the cell phone holder/feature….
Today I went to the outdoors and tried out the optics (see pictures). Thoughts are:
1- The tripod was actually pretty stable and functional (resting on a shooting table), otherwise I‘d need a long/large tripod
2- The lenses were quite easy to focus and stayed sharp; I did this wearing my prescription glasses and with out.
3- The product is easy to handle and pretty lightweight, so no burden to lug around in the field

Very clear glass, super smooth focus adjustments. Way better than my old one I bought in like 2008.

The scope has a nice appearance and feel.The controls are smooth operated with no slack.

This is an excellent product for enjoying nature. I am a bird lover, so I have really enjoyed the birds of view of our feathered friends. I look forward to looking into the sky in the near future.

Works pretty well. Clear glass. Focusing good. Can see over a mile. Tripod works better than others I tried.

My first impression of this Spotting Scope when I opened the box was just how it’s well assembled unit. It has big lens encased in light weight metal painted in hunter green color. Rest of controls are well marked and easily controlled without any issue. Not only that it came with all the accessories as described in the Kentfaith product page. Instruction manual is well organized and easy to follow. It’s pretty simple to attach the tripod and I was immediately start using it. I was able to capture neighbor’s plant pot located across lake from my backmeter looking thru dark mesh screen in the porch. It produced an excellent photo that I saved on my iPhone and I’d love to share with other viewers. This scope definitely enhances my views of the objects in any settings in details and with sharpness. I’d consider this product as excellent addition to my existing Opaita 15x50 Binoculars that I’ve acquired several months ago. In all, I’d definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to explore or enhance their hobbies or interests.
