So, I have to give a big shout out to K&F here. I used the Anamorphic lens for my Pocket 3 for a few seconds before it fell off and I lost it. And they actually responded to my review and sent me a new one!
I'm beyond impressed with how helpful their customer service was, and even though it was my fault, they still sent me a new lens. And I actually got a chance to use it.
It's awesome quality. It really is. You still need to be careful though because the lens can fall off if you're not careful, but as long as you use it mindfully, you have a winner on your hands.

I was REALLY looking forward to using this for my Pocket 3. But, I knew I was going to be in trouble the moment I attached it because it would not attach without moving / falling off.
It finally stayed on after my seventh or so attempt and then - I kid you not - not a minute later while filming some sunflowers it fell off while I moved my Pocket 3. Problem is it's small and I couldn't find the lens to save my life. So, I just took the L and left after 10 or so minutes of looking for it. And now all I have to show for it are the pics I took of the lens packaging.
I'm very upset about this. I didn't even really get a chance to use this because the magnet was so bad. I'm frustrated and feel like I got got tbh.
Do not buy this at all until they significantly improve the magnet strength.

It is fixed and works very well. A good accessory. It's a matter of seeing the results on your Editing Platform. I liked this purchase!

I have recently started shooting a lot more video using anamorphic lenses, both cinematic lenses on my camera and mobile lenses on my iPhone.
The ming link was my Osmo Pocket which given the excellent video it produces was shouting out for such a lens.
Whilst 1.2 is ne to me as I generally shoot 1.33 I am still more than happy with what I am getting from this , Resolve takes on Desqueeze duties.
Video is a little soft but I am still getting to grips with this and feel some of that may be my technique on this tiny form factor, I have no doubt that with practice I should be able to produce more than acceptable results.

As an absolute newcomer to the world of anamorphic lenses, I was a bit unsure whether I would get the hang of it with the K&F Concept 1.2X Anamorphic Filter for my Osmo Pocket 3. But I can say with pleasure: It was a complete success! And the best part? It is unbelievably fun!
But from the beginning: I was able to test and therefore evaluate this lens as part of the Vine program. I have now taken almost 5 weeks to do this and I am still satisfied.
As soon as I unpacked it, I was impressed by the quality of the magnetic lens attachment. It feels high-quality and robust. The magnetic attachment is brilliant. Simply click and the lens is absolutely secure — no wobbling, no slipping, perfect for mobile use of the Osmo Pocket 3. But the most important
thing: the picture quality! I'm blown away by the cinematic looks I achieve with this small special effect lens. The Blue Streak effects are awesome and give my videos a professional touch that I wouldn't have thought possible before. The 1.2X factor significantly expands the field of vision and creates a beautiful widescreen look that simply looks fantastic.
Of course I had to experiment a bit to find the best shots and get the hang of the anamorphic filming. But experimenting in particular is really fun for me! I try out different lighting situations, perspectives and motifs and am always surprised at the creative possibilities this filter opens up for me.
Sure, as a beginner I'm still a long way from the pros, but the K&F Concept 1.2X Anamorphic Filter has rekindled my passion for filming. I'm constantly discovering new facets and learning with every video.
In short, this filter is an absolute must for any Osmo Pocket 3 owner who wants to give their videos a unique, cinematic look. K&F are renowned for making top quality filters and the 1.2x anamorphic lens is no different, and the build quality of this lens is simply superb. It is well machined, it appears made from good quality materials, it is tough and sturdy and once on the front of my Pocket 3 the strong magnets keep it firmly in place.
K&F claim the glass used in the filter is waterproof and scratch proof. I can confirm water runs right off the filter in light rain however I have not tested it in heavy rain and I am not likely to, not least as the Pocket 3 is not itself waterproof. When the rain starts the Pocket 3 gets put away.
I haven’t tested the scratch proof qualities of the K&F filter and will not go and try to scratch it to find out. I can confirm however that my K&F 1.2x anamorphic lens filter hasn’t scratch during my testing and use and I don’t have any doubts over the claim made by K&F.
I don’t foresee any issues over the build quality of the K&F 1.2x anamorphic lens filter and I can see it being a tool that is going to last a long time.
Image quality is the number one priority for me and any lens filter has to have very little effect on the image quality if it is to remain in my camera bag. I have yet to find a lens filter that has not had an adverse effect on image quality and the K&F 1.2X anamorphic is no different. What I will say about the K&F lens filter is that the effect on image quality is very slight and you have to go pixel peeping to really see it, which means there are no problems or issues viewing video at normal magnification and under normal conditions. Overall I am very impressed with the image quality of my video using the K&F 1.2X anamorphic lens filter.
At £42.99 (at the time of review) the K&F 1.2x anamorphic lens filter may seem like an expensive accessory however it is the going rate for this type of lens filter and there are other similar anamorphic lens filters out there that are priced the same and made from inferior materials and have a noticeable effect on image quality.
Overall the K&F 1.2x anamorphic lens is an excellent accessory and, if you are on the look out for one of these speciality lens filters for your Pocket 3, are highly recommended.

The K&F Concept Magnetic 1.2X Anamorphic Lens for the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 arrived professionally packaged in a nicely printed cardboard box bearing the K&F branding.
In the box you get the anamorphic adaptor, a cleaning cloth and an instruction manual.
The lens is simply attached to the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 magnetically and it readily clips into place and is very secure.
The lens has a 1.2x anamorphic squeeze so when the footage is unnstretched in your editing software you have a nice widescreen cinematic effect, with the trademark anamorphic blurred edges.
A great upgrade for all DJI Osmo Pocket 3 content creators.

The lens attaches effortlessly thanks to its magnetic design, remaining firmly in place throughout use. I was really blown away by how it instantly gives my videos a cinematic look! I have a bunch of filters for the Osmo Pocket and they can take your footage from good to great. The K&F Concept Anamorphic Lens Filter transforms your DJI Osmo Pocket 3 into a mini cinema camera (in style of shot).. This magnetic filter stretches the image horizontally, creating a cinematic widescreen look. The 1.2x is a slightly unsual ratio and you will need software to handle the de-squeeze (like Resolve). It’s easy to attach and remove.
You get a visual style with characteristic horizontal flares. While it adds a professional touch, image quality, especially at the edges can be a touch soft. I personally found the blue streaks a little overwhelming at times, but it's personal preference.
Overall, it’s a fun way to experiment with cinematic effects on your Osmo Pocket and build quality is decent so if this is the look you are going for, the K+F version is a good option
