The 1.2X lens brings a nice elongation to your shots, although no company has been able to have a super anamorphic stretched lens due to the perameters and build of the camera and weight strain on it's rotating head. A sample picture of the amount of anamorphic effect on K&F's description page is nearly exact describing it's 1.2X extention. The len's magnet is strong keeping it in place pretty well on the Osmo. Comes with a screen protector for the Osmo’s viewer that is easy to apply and readjust. Lens has the perfect cinematic blue streak that isn’t too overkill. Comes packed in sturdily built plastic storage case and the lens itself can be stored inside the Osmo Pocket 3's carrying case perfectly for on the go. Lens is easy to put on and get off as it is kind of chunky.

I used this filter in my case instead of the wide angle, as I use it here more often. I think there is something futuristic about the car lights producing blue lines. You should use the filter sparingly, you are inclined to have it on all the time when there is light on... it works well with car lights or individual lights. But if you have too many lights in the picture, you only have blue stripes and the material is barely usable.

I bought this to use with my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 for times when I want the more cinematic look to my videos for my Youtube channel or for client work as well.

The lens is well made and works as it should and I have a lot of items made by K&F Concepts and all of them are quality items that have never let me down.

The lens is very easy to attach thanks to the magnetic design, and it stays securely in place during use. I was impressed by how it instantly gives my videos a cinematic look, with that beautiful widescreen effect and natural lens flares that I usually only see in professional films. The quality of the lens is great, with clear and sharp visuals that really enhance the footage. It doesn’t add any noticeable weight to the camera, so it’s still easy to carry around and use on the go. I also appreciate that it doesn’t interfere with the gimbal's movement, allowing for smooth and stable shots every time. It’s amazing for capturing landscapes, cityscapes, or any scene where I want that extra wide-angle look. The installation is super simple, and the magnetic feature means I can quickly swap it on and off as needed.

I had been waiting for an adapter for the osmo pocket 3 for months and the only one that came out had terrible reviews. This one looks good, it attaches well to the lens. The only thing is that it is a thick lens, unlike nd filters, so to turn off the camera you have to remove it.

The K&F Concept 1.2X Anamorphic Filter met my expectations well. Compatible with my DJI Osmo Pocket 3, this filter makes for impressive cinematic recordings with a wonderful blue streak effect. The magnetic attachment is a piece of cake, and the multi-coating ensures clear and sharp images without annoying reflections.

I've tested the filter in various lighting conditions and I love how it takes my videos to a whole new level. The widescreen cinematic look is breathtaking and gives my recordings a professional look. The quality of the optical glass is noticeable and the overall workmanship is of very high quality.

This filter is a must for anyone who wants to take their recordings to the next level. It is easy to use and provides impressive results. Clear purchase recommendation from me!

I'll start right away with the marketing lie. The anamorphic squeeze factor is 1.1 and not 1.2.
That is simply a lie.
The competitor from Freewell, whose product is many times more expensive, once explained that the Pocket 3's lens construction does not allow a larger squeeze factor without causing unsightly sacrifices in image quality. Therefore, they left the factor at 1.1.
In the editing software, I just noticed that the K&F filter only squeezes 1.1 and not 1.2.
However, the image quality of the K&F is impeccable. Compared directly to Freewell, they liked the blue stripes as well as the lens flares even better than the much more expensive competitor. But that may of course be a question of taste.
The autofocus is therefore still working properly. Facetracking continues to work perfectly.
K & F ND filters can also be used by placing them behind the anamorphic lens. As a result, there is no shading in the corners. The magnet in the filter is then strong enough to stay in position on the ND. But it should of course be straightened.
The competitor's lens is not curved so that you can place the ND filters in front of the lens. I am very happy with the outcome of the videos and can absolutely recommend this anamorphic lens.
I subtract one star for the marketing lie alone.

Great lens, lives on the lens or in the protective case. Love it, but why do we have to have blue flares, anyway, the footage looks great, quality is great, I just wish it was 1.3 or 1.5 but I guess there is only so much you can do on a tiny gimbal. BUY IT!

oh, yes its almost, if not the same angle of view (width) as the included wide lens in the OP3, but the height stays the same, this means you don't have to crop to look cinematic, and waste pixels.
Enjoy!

It is amazing what everything is possible in a minimal space these days. This little anamorphot on the Osmo Pocket 3 may not be a high-end tool, but it is certainly a little dream for every cineaste who always likes to have a mini camera with them for those special moments.

Because even though not even 1.33x is possible, there is already a visual upgrade that makes the difference. The lens flares also stand out and can be fun. It's a pity that there isn't a version with neutral flares. 1.2x seems a bit rounded up to me too, but not so much that I would call it a lie. Anyone who desqueezed with 1.2x won't notice anything with most recordings, and anyone who uses test charts is perhaps most likely to focus on the somewhat fish-eyed atmosphere. These peculiarities were to be expected, are fortunately rather reserved in everyday life, and knowing them is a key, because you can work with them and even use them.

And as much as the lens has been minimized here, unfortunately you can only remove it before turning off Osmo Pocket 3, which the gimbal doesn't like at all. You have to remember that, because with the adapter plugged in, the camera module no longer fits into the park position, and clicking when the lens hits the housing is not for paranoids. After all, putting it on is possible because the lens is mobile when switched off.

However, if you are already fumbling with the smallest optics and have steady and careful fingers, you can also use this anamorphic in conjunction with a filter. Unfortunately, the filter always goes between the camera lens and the adapter, because the front of the adapter just doesn't work. But at least there's something going on.

The ultimate solution would have been one that simply lands on the lens and never has to be removed again, and then offers space for one or the other filter on the front, but DJI simply did not leave enough space there.

A great anamorphic lens from K&F. I'm a novice user but do have a few filters which I have played with and tested on my Pocket 3. It attaches to the camera via magnet the camera easily and securely. Auto focus and face tracking works fine with this filter on. If you're in the market for a Anamorphic lens, then I would recommend this.
