After posting my initial review, the seller reached out to me directly, offering an immediate resolution. They were incredibly responsive and offered to replace the camera free of charge. I was impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled the situation.

Given the price and positive reviews I had seen, I was initially disappointed, but the seller's prompt and helpful customer service has completely turned my experience around. I now feel confident that this was just an isolated issue, and I'm excited to receive the replacement camera.

I purchased the Kentfaith Upgrade Kids Selfie Camera in August 2024 from Amazon as a gift for my child. Due to timing, we didn’t start using it until late September, and unfortunately, the product has been a complete disappointment.

The main issue is that the camera does not charge. According to the user manual, a red LED light should blink when the camera is charging, but this does not happen on our device. We tried multiple charging cables and outlets to ensure it wasn’t a user error, but nothing worked.

After just one use, the camera completely stopped functioning. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since it was intended to be a fun and educational toy for my child.

Given the price and positive reviews I initially saw, I expected much better quality and reliability. A product designed for kids should be durable and functional, but this failed on both fronts.

I strongly recommend avoiding this camera unless you want to risk wasting your money on a faulty product. I am now in the process of contacting Amazon and the manufacturer for a refund or replacement. Very disappointing!

Have had it 7 months and even though the charge light works, holding the power button down won't turn it on anymore. Not a display issue as even the sound won't play. We're pretty disappointed because our daughter played with it constantly and always talked about it and asked for it when it was lost. It was lost a few weeks after she got it for her birthday in the spring, couldn't find it for over half a year. Well we found it reorganizing just last week and it actually worked after a charge, but then after a couple of days just won't turn on. It has power and is fully charged with the charging light glowing, but just not working suddenly and we've tried holding the power button over a minute. So we got not even a whole month play out of it and now it's too late to return or exchange. Otherwise would have given 5 stars because she really loved it.

Edit - somehow husband got it working, still took off a star because we have no idea how or why it actually started working again, but it's annoying it happened and worried it will stop working suddenly again for no reason. Must have got a faulty one.

This toddler camera is lightweight and easy for little hands to hold.

This little camera is so neat! I like taking pictures as much as my son does. It has a filter feature which he loves. I think the camera is great for the price and very kid friendly. This product is very durable as well.
