I have a small hobby farm and you'd be surprised just how handy a microscope can be. Everything from testing water and soil samples to looking at blood and stool cultures, it's great to be able to see and diagnose potential issues yourself. I went to college for biology and this microscope is just as good as the ones I used in most of my labs. Pricing is great, I'm very pleased with the magnification and the carrying case makes it easy to store, protect and carry with me.

This microscope is a great addition to my aquarium business and snail research! It's definitely not a high end microscope, but much better than the cheap monocular ones. In my opinion it's a great option if you want a pretty decent home microscope.

Once you get this set up, you will be wanting to look at everything under it. The lenses give you a clear image and they magnify extremely well allowing you to see all details clearly. It is on the heavier side, so it's not something you'll be wanting to carry around often but it is also extremely sturdy and not easy to break.

I enjoy science and research, so this powerful microscope is right up my alley. I've always wanted a microscope as a child, and this one didn’t disappoint! It's fascinating now to see things that my naked eye could not.

This is not a toy microscope. It is a well-made quality instrument. It does have a bit of a learning curve but most Science teachers should be glad to work with any of their students that had such an instrument.

Have wanted a decent microscope for a while, mostly to take photos. Haven't used a microscope in, 35-40 years, since high school. And it is easy to use, and does exactly what I want!

I have been a research scientist in the past, and this is above and beyond any of the equipment we used at the facilities. I demonstrate use with my own prepared slides of various cell cultures. You can see the detail and functionality. No need to use the eyepieces at all. Feels like a product from the future to have a huge LCD screen like this.
