62mm MCUV Protection Filter Super Slim with 36 Multi-Layer Coatings, High Definition UV Camera Lens Filter Nano-Xcel Pro Series
SKU: KF01.2305
The filter arrives in high-quality packaging. Just unpacking it is a joy in itself. The filter is housed in a case made of genuine leather. According to the manufacturer, it was made especially for K&F Concept photographers. For me personally, it didn't need to be made of leather. Another high-quality material would have done the trick. Attaching the product to the lens is very easy. The filter is very easy to remove from the leather case by pulling on a loop. Screwing it on is very smooth; nothing catches or scratches on the thread, which I have experienced with some other attachments. I am absolutely impressed with the resulting images. Glare is no longer visible in the photos, and the colors are rich and beautiful. The price may be a bit of a shock for some people at first, but I can say that you are getting an excellent product.

The K&F UV filter is, as expected, top-notch. The workmanship and material quality are exceptionally high, impressing with absolute precision. The glass is of high quality and has absolutely no influence on the resulting images; reflections are also eliminated thanks to the coating. Ghosting is a concern, as it barely occurs. A carrying case is included, which is also very well made and protects the filter from damage and dirt. The UV filter effectively protects the lens and is well worth the money.

A good filter that screws on easily. It's a UV filter, but it also slightly alters the image. I find this one to have a bit more contrast. The workmanship is top-notch, and the packaging can compete with the larger ones. Admittedly, the price is quite high, but you get a flawless filter for that.

The filter comes very well packaged in a box that can be converted into a picture frame. It is actually stored in a very high-quality leather case with an ejection strap, so that you don't have to poke your fingers into the filter disc when removing it. The filter and its mechanism are very exquisitely crafted; despite its compact ("Slim") dimensions, the filter thread can be easily screwed in without any scraping noises or frequent attempts to attach it. Once tightened, it can also be loosened again with moderate force, provided the internal thread of the lens is undamaged and of the same high quality. The ridged areas are really helpful here, as you don't slip along the filter! The "glass" of the Nano-X Pro series should be beyond reproach and be among the highest quality in terms of quality and workmanship. Of course, as a "normal photographer" without a laboratory, it's impossible to test this in detail, but the fact that it can be unscrewed without any noticeable change is a solid basis. The UV filter is of course only important for purist color film photographers, but with this level of light transmission it's not a problem for digital photography. The "protective filter" has cleverly been included in the official product name. Otherwise, the filter is easy to clean with the right accessories and doesn't seem to be a dust magnet. I personally use the filter with a Z7 on the Z85 1.8 as a protective filter - I don't notice any deterioration; everything remains "pin sharp" and the bokeh is neutral, even in strong (back)lighting conditions. However, true qualities only become apparent after several rough sessions and filter cleanings... Conclusion: If you want to play it safe with filters and want to install truly high-quality lenses, you've certainly found a potential candidate here.

I've only ever used inexpensive filters on my lenses, and only to protect the lens glass. Recently, however, I've stopped using these filters because a UV filter isn't necessary with modern lenses, and inexpensive filters in particular can cause lens flare or ghosting. The K&F Concept Nano-X-PRO UV filter (slim flagship MCUV filter) with 72mm is lavishly packaged in a high-quality manner. The filter also comes with a beautiful felt pouch with leather trim. Mounting it on my 17-50mm Sigma lens is simple and easy, but you always have to be a bit careful not to damage the thread. Inexpensive filters are usually made of aluminum, whereas the K&F filter is made of high-quality brass. A simple comparison with an inexpensive model reveals a huge and decisive difference: everything is reflected in the inexpensive filter. Every light source is reflected in it. This demonstrates the quality and the high-quality coated and anti-reflective glass. For 130 euros (as of November 2022), you get an absolutely high-quality filter for your lens. If you want to protect your lens without compromising image quality, this is the right choice.

The packaging alone creates the initial wow factor—and it's no distraction from the lack of quality. This filter is super light and thin. It fits perfectly and screws on smoothly. It's particularly impressive at wide angles. You can notice a significant difference in image sharpness. The entire photo appears crisper and more contrasty than with our previous UV filter (also a good brand). We haven't tested its scratch-resistant or waterproof properties. But I think it's top-notch quality through and through. My husband deliberately took similar photos with this and the previous filter, and we compared them. The difference was unmistakable. Given this truly excellent quality, the price/performance ratio is also excellent. The great packaging with a leather case, etc., is a nice bonus for us. If you want to give this filter as a gift, this "goodie" is of course fantastic, because the recipient can see from the very first moment that they're getting something special. We definitely recommend buying it and give it a full five stars.

The filter is more than worth its price. My photos, although I'm just starting out with photography, have more sharpness and contrast. The filter comes in a leather case and can be easily screwed onto the lens.

ordered the K&F Concept Nano-X PRO 82mm UV filter for my Nikon lens and think it's excellently made. The filter fits perfectly, and the housing around the glass is made of a sturdy brass frame. I also like that the filter comes in a slim, sturdy box with a storage bag. This makes it well protected when packed away and transported. The MCUV filter is a protective filter made from a particularly high-quality coating. The double-sided 36-layer nano-coating is waterproof, dirt-repellent, and scratch-resistant. Unlike lower-quality filters, this one has 99.9 percent light transmission. To the naked eye, the end result is barely noticeable compared to photos taken without such a protective filter. The slim frame also ensures that there are no unsightly dark corners or the like when used on wide-angle lenses, for example. I'm impressed with my new lens accessory, and I like to use it for photos taken on the beach, for example, to protect the lens from sand and dust. I am more than satisfied with the protective filter and give it a well-deserved 5 stars.

The K&F Concept Nano-X PRO Series 77mm UV filter was delivered to me very well packaged. Everything here gives a very high-quality impression, which I really like, but that also comes at a price. When you open the packaging, a very well-made leather filter cover unfolds, which I think is very good. It is held closed with a magnet and has a fabric flag on one side. If you pull on this, the filter appears, which is also encased in a film when delivered. Inside the packaging there is also a microfiber cleaning cloth, which you can use to clean the filter very well. In addition to the great and high-quality packaging, the filter in question is just as impressive. There are no defects, errors, or anything of the sort, making everything here absolutely high-quality. According to the manufacturer, the filter has a double-sided 36-layer nano-coating, and the 0.15% reflectivity of the filter ensures very good light transmission. This very effectively reduces stray light and prevents glare. Top filter, which isn't cheap, but you get absolutely high-quality products here.

Most photographers only use a UV filter to protect their lens; any run-of-the-mill product will suffice for that. These filters aren't good for anything else. If these filters get scratched, it doesn't matter because they usually render what is seen through them unusable anyway. This filter from K&F CONCEPT is not only scratch-resistant, but generally improves the image. I still really enjoy screwing the filter on and off at the moment because I'm always a little amazed at how much better the image is with the filter. Screwing it on and off is seamless, by the way. The storage bag is handmade, functional, and looks very classy. This makes the UV filter an excellent gift, because even if someone isn't familiar with K&F CONCEPT, they'll know straight away that they've received something very valuable.
