This is a super cool microscope, it makes everything more interesting, and everyday an adventure, my 12yr old is obsessed with it.

You couldn't tell me I dont have a professional microscope!vcoes with syringes, different magnifying glasses and tools to move your objects around without contaminating them and to observe better!

After testing this product I can prove that it gets finite details to the point of curiousity inducing. Overall, it was worth buying and after learning about usage, it could serve as a good tool for patience learning as well as fun for kids to play with after someone knowledgable has setup the microscope for them.

I have had a fair amount of fun playing around with this. It is not the biggest or best one out there, but it is a fun introduction. Set up was easy and the case it comes in is actually very nice. This is a great idea to get for anyone who is interested in science.

Especially at the price. You will see far more detail and more accurate color rendition with this vs a digital one.
I used it for a month or so then passed it along to my nephews. It's a wonderful learning tool and can be instrumental in inspiring young folks' interest in science.
Software and image capture were its not-so-great qualities.

We got this Kentfaith Composite Three Eye Optical Microscope more for fun than anything else. It doesn't come with specific instructions, so some knowledge and understanding of microscopes would be helpful to be able to use it. It comes with a set of premade slides, and a complete kit to make some of your own. My kids and I have a great time using this and they even like taking the time making adjustments until they can see what is on the slide. The power cord is kind of short so it limits the places we can set this up, but it isn't a deal breaker. I would recommend this as a gift to anyone interested in biology.

This is a really nice quality microscope, the microscope has a nice higher end quality look and feel to it, it has a good focal range of 40X to 5000X and the images are sharp and crystal clear, I also like that the refractive Index has a wide adjustable range so your not having to squint all the time to see the image, the LED light works really well at putting just the right amount of under lighting on the specimen that is being viewed so there is little to no glare through the lens, another feature I like is that the microscope has a 306° swivel head, but the one feature I like the most is that the microscope can also be viewed on your cellphone or computer, so you can actually take pictures and video's of the specimens that your viewing, the microscope also came with a nice padded carrying case, so it's really easy to transport it to and from class, the set also includes 2 WF10X, 2 WF25X eyepieces and 2 2X magnifying lenses, it also came with 10 blank slides, a bunch of cover slips and it came with a few slides that already have different specimens on them that you can view under the microscope, overall I am super happy with the quality and performance of this microscope, well worth the price in my opinion.

This microscope is a fantastic tool for serious hobbyists or lab use. The 40X-5000X magnification is impressive, and I appreciate the dual mechanical stage for precise adjustments. The USB camera was a nice surprise, making it easy to capture images directly onto a computer, which has really upped the convenience factor. It’s sturdy, and the trinocular setup lets me view through the eyepiece while capturing images. Definitely a quality microscope for the price!
