So much handier than the screw-in filters. My only slight quibble is that the lens cap is a bit tricky to get off (and impossible when I've got the lens hood on) so I might have to glue a little knob or something onto the cap to make it easier to get a grip. I keep the UV filter on full time to protect my expensive lens and haven't noticed any problems with image quality (other than those caused by my lack of talent.)

I put these magnetic UV protective filters, with the magnetic cap on all my lenses. I find it super practical, it snaps back on very easily and is less bulky in the pocket than the classic plastic caps supplied with the lenses. Tests done, I do not see any drop in image quality on a Sony A7CR of 61Mpixels

Fantastic UV filter with metal and magnetic lens, excellent quality, excellent comfort. The model is 77mm and the size is so small. Consiglio.

I am now using all my filters far more because it's so easy to put on and take off. I have the CPL and ND 10 and a UV so the system works on my 3 main lenses. Picture quality seems perfect to my eyes.
