Features
- * [One-second replacement] The magnetic filter can be "quickly installed and removed", unlike the threaded filter, which needs to be rotated; the magnetic filter can be installed in one second, and the threaded filter takes at least 6 seconds.
- * [Adaptation] The magnetic lens cover is quick to install, prevents the lens filter from being scratched, and can be adapted to other K&F CONCEPT magnetic filters, and can continue to be stacked
- * [Configuration] Equipped with an aviation-grade aluminum alloy material magnetic suction lens cover, which can be magnetically attracted and threaded, and can be installed with a lens, two-in-one function
- * [Optical glass] 28-layer nano-coating, with anti-reflection green film, which can effectively reduce the reflection of the filter surface while filtering ultraviolet rays, greatly improve the light transmittance and balance the color, scratch-resistant and oil-proof.
- * [Ultra-thin frame] The ultra-thin frame design can effectively prevent vignetting when using a wide-angle lens. The frame is processed by CNC, and the appearance is full of layers

No loss of quality and artifacts, clean thread
"With this review I am referring to the product ""K&F Concept Nano X-Series UV Filter 82mm Schott-Glass B270 28 Layers MC Super Slim"", which I purchased in January 2023 and now after a few weeks I would like to share my experience.
Background:
As should already be generally known, UV filters are no longer bought for UV protection these days, since no damage from UV radiation is to be expected due to various lens coatings. The UV filters are therefore usually only used as lens protection to protect the front element of an expensive lens against dirt and damage. In the event of damage, it can simply be replaced.
I therefore primarily wanted protection for my Sigma 24-70mm 2.8 Art and my Sigma 35mm 1.2 Art, which have the same filter diameter.
Positive:
I didn't notice any noticeable change in image quality in my tests. Both the sharpness in my test photos was the same as without a filter and I could not see any artefacts or disturbing light reflections. There are also several independent tests that compare the quality of UV filters - the K&F Nano-X does not show any major loss of quality, at least not in these either.
The ribbing on the outside of the filter is also very positive. This is (at least subjectively for me) actually helpful and creates more grip.
The box is also stable enough to safely take the filter with you to the place of use.
Neutral:
What is also often criticized with cheaper filters is the canting of the filter, which means that it can no longer be loosened. With my copy I could see differences between my lenses, but the filter always ran quite smoothly. At least I couldn't find any major problems. As you can hear in the attached video, it makes noises on my 35mm 1.2, but doesn't tilt at all.
Negative:
I didn't notice any points that would make me devalue the full number of points in a different way.
If this review and the attached pictures and videos were helpful, I would be happy to receive positive feedback ("helpful answer" button). If you have any questions, please leave them on the product page. I'll try to answer them there too!"

The Perfect Filter/Lens Cap!
Had a little accident results in a cracked lens filter/hood (luckily, lens itself is all good) so I was looking for a new protective filter. After reading reviews, I decided to take a chance on this one and it did not disappoint. The filter itself doesn't impact image quality and the magnetic lens cap is very strong, yet easy to remove. You can also still use your lens hood. The quality here is well above it's asking price. The only downside I found is that you cannot stack filters but that's not something I personally do everyday. This filter/lens cap set is top tier!

Great UV filter that provides excellent lens protection
I put the K&F 95mm MC UV Filter on a 180-200 zoom lens to provide some protection for the glass at the front of the lens. I have noticed no odd coloring or decrease in sharpness when using this filter and I was quite happy with it.
I got back from a photo shoot in pouring rain and when hurriedly pulling my camera backpack out of the back of my truck, I accidentally knocked the 180-200 lens (in a dust cover only) out of the backseat of my truck. It fell about 3-1/2 feet to concrete and landed with the lens and filter pointing down. It bent the filter ring in about 1/16 of an inch, knocking the filter lens out of the filter ring but the filter lens was intact. The filter ring was still in place on the lens but the front ring of the lens was also bent, but the lens glass was intact and undamaged. I had to send the lens to the manufacturer to have the filter ring removed and the front lens ring repaired, but the filter really helped to prevent major damage to the lens.
I immediately went and bought a second K&F 95mm MC UV Filter and put it on the lens when I got the lens back from the manufacturer. I also bought a padded case for the lens. The attached photo was taken with the 180-200 lens with the K&F filter on the lens. The photo was compressed down from 50MB to 1MB, so any loss of sharpness is due to compression, not the filter.

I'm sold! One for every lens.
order a set for every lens size. If I don't already have the size, I order the complete set with ND, MCPL, UV and magnetic ring (for less than the cost of some NDs alone). Very cost-effective and the lens cap is for real! You have to pull it off intentionally, it won't come off it bumped. I really can't recommend it more highly!

Good for the money, not appreciable loss of detail for a Lens like the Sony 40mm G F2.5
Take a look at the zoomed in image for yourself. It's shot on an A7RV at 60MP F8 on a tripod and I can't really tell a difference. Perhaps the image looks a smiiiidge worse with the filter in some areas but even side by side it would be hard to tell.
I'd say great value for the amount of glass protection you're getting. Colors in an indoor environment at least are also identical to my eye, but there is of course a tiny shift in the histogram in Lightroom.

Very good UV filter, a good replacement for a traditional screw-on type
This is a great little UV lens magnetic kit. I've been transitioning over my lenses to the magnetic filters, and my last purchase was this UV set. This set is different from the others because the UV filter is the magnetic adapter. That is to say, the magnetic ring that screws into the filter threads and the UV filter, are one piece. To add a ND or circular Polarizer, say, you just stack it onto the UV filter, and it stays very well. I'm quite happy with this filter because besides the strong magnetics , the glass is easy to clean, one of my main requirements. It also seems compatible with my Kase Wolverine filters and my ICE filters, always a good thing. Lastly, the lens cap sticks magnetically really well. I'm very happy with this set because it also seems tough. One of the main reasons I used a UV filter is for protection, and I think this will protect the front element very well.

Great magnetic filter with lens cap
have put this on my 50mm lens which has filter thread of 67mm. The filter seamlessly gets attached to the lens. The filter is UV filter which is magnetic, which allows me to put on other compatible ND or other filters on the top of the UV filter. It also comes with a magnetic lens cap, which is lightweight and great. The product quality is excellent and the filter doesn't change the photo quality. The filter also protects the lens from dirt and scratches.

Does the job!
I needed to protect the lens on my FZ300 and this filter has some good reviews. The overall quality seems very good and the packaging works well when it's larger than necessary. The filter threads well without affecting hood fit, stows or deploys upside down and shows no vignetting at 25mm. There doesn't seem to be any noticeable degradation in photo quality. The glass seems to attract dust and had to be cleaned several times before I could attach it to the camera with no particles on the inside. The outside needs frequent brushing. I'll update if I find more issues in the future, but this filter seems like a good buy.

Protect your lens
This is thebsole reason for the purchase. I didnt even take lens cap off my new lens until this came in the mail. Does what it needs to do. The 28 layer version feels a bit more fragile and thinner than the 18 layer but maybe its just me.

Actually improves the Sigma 150-600 E-Mount!
I'm usually against UV/haze filters due to concerns about their impact on image quality. However, I plan to use my Sigma 150-600 DG DN Sport (Sony E-mount) in fairly harsh conditions such as shorebird photography, surf photography and sports. So I gave in and bought this filter to protect the front element of the lens. In view of the fact that this K&F filter would probably be classified in the "middle class" in terms of price, I wanted to test whether it actually had an effect on the image quality. The attached image of a $20 bill was taken in exactly the same circumstances - 600mm at ISO 100, tripod with no OS. As you can see from the screenshot taken in the comparison view of my image editing software, the image on the right (with filter) is significantly sharper and has higher contrast. I am shocked! I fully expected to remove the filter if I wanted a better picture. Now I can leave it on 100% of the time and just wipe away any spills or dust without worrying about scratching the front panel. Strong recommendation!

FAQs
A
The filter has its own upper thread for connection. If the lens hood fitted on the lens beforehand, then afterwards. The thread doesn't change.

Q
A
Of course. The UV filter is mostly used to protect the lens and is always on the lens. Otherwise, hardly anyone would want to buy it.

A
The UV filter does not change the thread or the thread size. The thread is identical again on the UV filter above.

The UV filter is basically designed in such a way that the photos are not adversely affected. The pictures get a little better. Its most important task is to protect the lens. Otherwise ND filters etc. are used.
