If I'm honest, I've always relied on established brand manufacturers such as B&W or Rodenstock when it comes to filters. I do have a few filters from Kase and K&F in my inventory, but I hadn't really considered Asian manufacturers when it comes to filters. And that's exactly what K&F wants to change with the Nano-X Pro series

I've extensively tested this "K&F Concept Nano-X PRO Series Polarizing Filter" with my two 67mm Sony lenses (85mm + 24mm focal length) and would like to share my experience today: The packaging of the filter is impressive, as K&F has packaged this "Pro" filter very attractively and with high quality. The package includes a leather case with soft lining for storing the filter. A cleaning cloth is also included. The case has a magnetic closure and is very well made all around. The filter itself is also very well made; it has a brass frame and screws perfectly onto my two lenses. Rotating the filter to adjust it also works well. Thanks to its slim design, the filter doesn't add too much bulk to the lens. The surface of the polarizing filter has been treated with a 36-layer nano-coating on both sides, making it waterproof, dirt-resistant, and scratch-resistant. The coating makes the filter robust, and I expect it to be durable and allow me to use it for a long time. I'm also completely satisfied with the filter's properties; it reduces reflections (e.g., in water) by eliminating polarization by about 99%, and it also increases image contrast (clearly noticeable in photos of the sky/clouds). I've already used the filter to photograph landscapes, and I'm very satisfied with the image quality. I haven't noticed any optical impairments when using the filter. I can highly recommend the "K&F Concept Nano-X PRO Series Polarizing Filter."

The K&F Concept Nano-X PRO series polarizing filter arrived promptly. The packaging alone is a feast for the eyes. The box is black and gold. Very high quality. And sustainable too. The packaging can be used as a picture frame. There's a small piece of cardboard included for this purpose, which acts as a stand. A really great idea. Then there's the case. Nice material, with fabric and leather. Really well made. There's a small tab on the side to get the filter out of the case. A cleaning cloth is also included. The filter itself is also of very good quality. Very high-quality materials. Superb workmanship. With the help of adapter rings, it screws onto my lens easily. I still need to practice using the filter correctly. But I'm already really impressed. The only drawback, if you can call it that. There's no indication of the contents on the case, so when you have several filters, you don't know at first glance what you're holding.

polarizing filter primarily reduces glare and reflections. This allows you to remove distracting elements from your image during the photoshoot. Even if you call yourself a "Photoshop pro," you'll never be able to achieve the same results in post-processing on your computer as you would with a polarizing filter. These filters can be used in a variety of situations. Along with ND filters and graduated neutral density filters, they're one of the most popular little helpers, especially in landscape photography or simply outdoors. Here are a few examples: You want to photograph a frog in a puddle. The sun is shining so brightly that the image becomes harsh, and the sun is reflected in the puddle. The actual subject—the frog—isn't shown to its best advantage. It's precisely in such cases that you use a polarizing filter, which almost completely removes the sun from the image. The viewer's focus is then fully on the actual subject. Polarizing filters are often used on reflective water surfaces. Every object reflects light. Otherwise, it wouldn't be visible to the human eye at all. Sometimes the reflection is so strong that the colors are distorted. For example, a lush green meadow can suddenly look pale and boring because the color intensity is reduced by the strong light reflection. A polarizing filter helps here too. It can not only reduce reflections but also restore a subject's strong, natural color. The K&F Concept Nano-X PRO series polarizing filter is very high quality and could be easily attached to my lens. I quickly took two pictures and you can see the difference. The images have not been edited. The filter comes in an elegant case and includes a cleaning cloth. The magnetic closure is great. The price is completely reasonable; I can recommend this filter!

I have tested this “K&F Concept Nano-X PRO series polarizing filter” extensively with my two 67mm Sony lenses (85mm + 24mm focal length) and would like to share my experiences today: The packaging of the filter is impressive, because “K&F” has this “Pro” Filter very attractive and well packaged.

You will receive a bag with leather parts, which is softly lined on the inside and is used to store the filter. In addition, an extra packed cleaning cloth is included. The bag has a magnetic closure and is very well made all around. The filter itself is also very well made, it has a brass frame and can be easily screwed onto my two lenses. Turning the filter to adjust also works well. Due to its slim design, the filter also does not apply too much to the lens.

The surface of the polarizing filter has been coated on both sides with a 36-fold nano coating, making it waterproof, dirt-proof and scratch-resistant. The coating makes the filter robust and I assume that this makes it durable and allows me to shoot with it for a long time. I am also completely satisfied with the properties of the filter, it reduces reflections (e.g. in water) by eliminating polarization by around 99% and the contrast of the image (easy to see when taking photos of sky/clouds) is also increased.

I've already been shooting in the landscape with the filter, I'm very satisfied with the image quality. I did not notice any visual disturbances caused by the use of the filter. I can recommend the “K&F Concept Nano-X PRO series polarizer”.

Tested for video on my VG30 and works like a charm. It comes with a nice carrying case. Remember: You need to install on the front of your lens and then turn clockwise or counterclockwise so you can align properly and get the elimination of reflection that you are looking for.

Although I have a filter from this same brand that works correctly, it doesn't allow you to modify the light and contrast. This filter does, albeit subtly. It allows you to gently rotate the lens once attached and modify the light, contrast, and color perception of the image. It's not a highly variable change, but it does allow you to slightly adjust the intensity of the image captured. I could give it a negative point because of the price, but in my opinion, that's a personal and relative assessment. The quality is very good, and it does its job perfectly.
Good filter. Good filter.

✅K&F has a new filter system. As always, it comes with a high-quality leather case. The beige material is made of suede, while the body is made of gray fabric. This case securely stores the CPL filter.✅ After unpacking, the ultra-thin frame immediately catches your eye. The weight is clearly noticeable. There's no plastic used here. The brass frame itself is incredibly thin. It screws onto the lens and secures easily. This definitely eliminates dark corners when shooting. There's no wobbling or shaking. The mount is incredibly stable.✅In practice, the product is also impressive. The elimination of polarized light is extremely good. In landscape photography, the difference is clearly noticeable. Additionally, I feel that the color contrast is significantly increased. It's waterproof, scratch-resistant, and features HD resolution. The training in filter photography is very worthwhile.✅ Exquisite craftsmanship in both the lens and the packaging. An ideal gift for all photography enthusiasts!

I've become a big fan of K&F Concept filters. I have quite a few of their ND/VND filters and a Nano-X series CPL filter that is simply excellent. This is my first Nano-X Pro series filter and while the others are high quality this one is on another level entirely.

The filter has a coated CNC machined brass that attaches to my lens smoothly and comes off without binding. It's slim to minimize any possibility of vignetting yet retains front threads to attach other filters. The edges are knurled and move with a slow liquid feel that helps the filter stay adjusted where you want it. The filter has K&F's Nano-X 36 layer MRC coating that resists glare, fingerprints, etc. and makes the filter easier to clean.

It comes in a slim leather case with magnetic clasp and drawstring that lifts the filter up when you pull it - this is a great feature that helps keep fingerprints off the glass.

As with my other K&F filters this one is extremely neutral without any color cast that I can detect. It has replaced my older B+W CPL filter in my bag and takes the place of my Freewell magnetic ND system when I want to travel light. It's K&F highest-end filter and compared to the competition it's cheaper and better quality making it a fantastic all-around value. Highly recommended.

tested the K&F Concept Nano-X PRO Series 67mm Polarizing Filter with a Sony A7RII and a Sony SEL-20F18G. I use polarizing filters 99% of the time for landscape photography. Since the effect is practically impossible to replicate in post-processing, a polarizing filter, along with neutral density filters, is one of the only physical filters I regularly use. The K&F is a slim filter. This can prevent vignetting at extreme wide-angles, but the narrow mount makes handling significantly more difficult. This is the case with almost all manufacturers due to their design. At least the filter has a threaded mount at the front, allowing multiple filters to be screwed on one behind the other. A lens hood and lens cap can also be attached, depending on the type. The filter comes in a high-quality, sturdy case with a magnetic closure. As a little gimmick, the manufacturer also includes a microfiber cloth for cleaning. The thread screws on neatly. The rotating mount operates smoothly and smoothly. The slim design makes handling very difficult at times. On the one hand, you have to be careful not to screw the filter onto the lens too tightly, otherwise it will be difficult to remove by hand. On the other hand, when turning the filter counterclockwise, there is a risk of accidentally loosening the filter if it is not screwed on tightly enough. With the lens hood attached, it is also no longer possible to operate it. The lenses are from the Japanese company Asahi Glass and appear to be of high quality. I did not notice any loss of sharpness even at extreme magnification. I did notice a minimal reddish color shift, but this is hardly noticeable. Since my lens is not susceptible to lens flare, I was pleased that no deterioration occurred with the filter attached. The filter absorbs almost exactly one f-stop of light, which is a very good value. The filtering effect is good, but I honestly didn't expect anything less in this price range. In my attached pictures you can see the result in strong backlight, with and without a filter. Here I could not detect any differences in quality or lens flare. The filter effect is clearly visible on the leaves in the other two photos. Here the sunlight falls on the bushes at an angle of approximately 90 degrees. The polarization effect is clear. The white balance was set manually to daylight for all photos. Here you can hardly notice the very slight color shift. I hadn't really considered K&F Concept in this price range before. The results of the filter are first-class and do not reduce the quality of my high-quality lenses. Unfortunately you have to live with the somewhat difficult handling with this design; K&F isn't reinventing the wheel here. However, I give it a full five stars for the optical performance.
First-class optical performance, slim design with difficult handling. First-class optical performance, slim design with difficult handling. First-class optical performance, slim design with difficult handling. First-class optical performance, slim design with difficult handling.
