have used many home construction and auto repair endoscopes over the years and this is by far the best I have used, by far. This offers a very high quality display with HD quality images and videos. With no instructions or information this worked right out of the box, was simple and easy to use and started looking through the camera on the built in display in seconds. After further checking, I was able to connect it to my iPad without any problems and there was no lag between the screen display and the iPad. I took pictures and videos, saved them to the device quickly and easily, and then was able to easily transfer them to my computer for storage or review. I also love how once you have the scope where you want to fish it you can just use the knob with your thumb to adjust the tip to look left/right or up/down (depending on orientation). This avoids the difficulty of pushing/pulling and bending it when you are so close to what you need to see. This device is also well packaged and protected in its case and I have no doubts that this will also be enough for me to pass on to my children.

Amazing picture quality, easy to use. Flexible cable works very nicely. Came ready to use. Memory card in and battery charged. Product appears new and not a repackaged return. Very pleased.

Great device

My unit developed problems after 7 months into the 12 month warranty. I contacted customer service, and I spoke to a very nice gentlemen by the name of Mr. Kioyoshi. I gave him the symptoms of what was going on and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. He said he would have a new unit shipped out in a few days. He was right on, the new device that was bad arrived in 4 days. You cannot beat this for customer service and for backing of their warranty.

The picture quality was way better than I was expecting. I hope it last awhile, this is a really cool tool.

Great quality

I'm the owner and landlord, for repair work on pipes etc. it's not easy to get craftsmen into the house. For this reason I ordered this endoscope camera. It is helpful when searching for the error, the small camera is flexible, it is waterproof and heat-resistant. You can work with her on a car as well as in the water pipe. The device is versatile and has a very high quality. At this point I'll leave out all the technical terms and concentrate on the result. The camera works great and gives good results. It doesn't matter if it's dark or not. It is very easy to use and works intuitively. You don't have to be a professional to work well here. That doesn't mean that I can make a diagnosis, but the camera helps me to call the right tradesman and to repair some things myself. The price and quality go well together here, both are very high. Measured by the result but justified. There is nothing to complain about and nothing to complain about.

I ordered it for my vehicles. It's a godsend to be able to see in places I couldn't otherwise get to. This unit is well built, sturdy. It comes with a very nice carrying case, a preloaded 32GB SD card, a USB charging cable to charge the 3000mAh battery that lasts quite a while. I used it for over an hour without the percentage even dropping head on it, controlled on the device by up and down, very helpful to look around the area you are in. It has a length of 5 feet on the camera cable which is semi-rigid so you can position it as you need it , it is waterproof IP67 which means it is perfect if you need to check the plumbing in the house or otherwise.

Another great feature is that it supports audio, which is also amazing because as a mechanic I sometimes need to hear what a certain noise is doing. It supports image capture as well as 720p or 1080p video. You can stream from the device to another device with the built-in wifi for easier viewing, but this is not necessary as the built-in screen is phenomenal for viewing. In summary, if you need to take a look at a hard to reach area and see what happens, I highly recommend picking up this professional tool. K&F Concept has done a great job of building a solid unit.
