My unit developed problems after 7 months into the 12 month warranty. I contacted customer service, and I spoke to a very nice gentlemen by the name of Mr. Kioyoshi. I gave him the symptoms of what was going on and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. He said he would have a new unit shipped out in a few days. He was right on, the new device that was bad arrived in 4 days. You cannot beat this for customer service and for backing of their warranty.

You can get a thorough and very comprehensive view of the entire interior of a house or even a motor vehicle without having to take the whole thing apart. The main unit with screen is probably a bit larger than a typical smartphone, but can stream images to devices with larger screens like laptops or tablets. The display of these images is so crisp and sharp, paired with a backlit screen. The control panel is also very responsive. The ergonomically designed handle has a control that releases and retracts more cord on the probe. The probe itself is considered a 2-way joint in terms of its functions.
