The optics are crisp and the zoom is smooth, though not parfocal. But the focal depth is astounding. For vastly more than other scopes, refocusing is not necessary as you pan across a scene on the ground. The Mount lacks the strength to support an iPhone 15. It supports the scope only ok. But the release mechanism is so stiff you might a well just rotate the tripod.

I love it so much! It focuses great to be able to see stars, constellations, the moon, everything in the sky.

Purchased as a gift for my home bound dad. He loves it and said it is amazing for the price. It is really made well and looks like it cost much more than I spent. He now can happily watch the wildlife.

They certainly are not Zeiss or Burris, but for the money, it would be very hard to beat this monocular. Regarding the reviews stating problems with clarity and focus, I've had no problems. There are three methods of adjusting the scope. I'm thinking some users do not understand how to adjust the monocular. I use it for bird and game watching and for minor astronomical viewing. For the cost, I'm very satisfied.

No complaints, clear lenses, good magnification, and it doesn't take up a huge amount of space like traditional spotting scopes.

You could look out it just fine. Does it hook to your phone, yea not really. The only way u can use it with your phone is if you use the tripod. But it zooms in really good and clear.
