IT WORKS - FOR A FEW DAYS - THEN IT DOESNâT CONNECT TO THE COMPUTER ANYMORE
I purchased 2 of these products because I had a significant need to record some conversations and be able to then transfer them to my computer. The first couple of times, everything worked properly. Then, with no changes on my part, the connection to the computer just stopped. I have tried everything I can imagine, but neither of the two devices I purchased will connect to my computer. Thankfully, I purchased two of another device in case these didnât work and it does work, but it is much more visible and noticeable, which I was trying to avoid. Of course, by the time these stopped working, I was outside the 30 day return window.
