Extremely high quality
I have other filters of this type, but they're made of plastic. The kind that cause reflections and lower image quality. The K&F filter is a completely different story.
There isn't a single gram of plastic in this one. And no resin either, since it's made of optical glass on an aluminum support (aircraft-grade aluminum, according to the packaging).
Regarding this, two fairly logical points should be mentioned:
1. It's a heavy filter. If this is a problem for you, you might be better off using a lower-quality, lighter one.
2. If you've never used prism filters, you should know that they can protrude quite a bit. Therefore, you have to handle it carefully, and if using it in combination with other filters, the prism should be positioned above the rest. In the photo, I have it attached to a Black Diffusion filter, also from K&F.
As for the packaging, I've also been very impressed. The package includes a padded hard case for storing the filter and three individually wrapped cleaning cloths.
In short: I love it.
