I use this microscope at home to support my electronics hobby. While building a circuit board and tracing a complex fault - say a missoldered connector - the bright visual field and flawless magnification the Kentfaith scope offers are superb. The robust stage and flexible lighting wands allow for illumination under even the toughest circumstances. A solder and build, while under magnification, saves enormous time and energy. This microscope is both functional for what I use it for, useful for the numismatic enterprise my wife favors, and thus offers superb value for money. At some $200 or so, I notice a coupon on offer just now that sweetens the pot even more.
