The K&F Concept Black Diffusion Mist 1/4 & Variable ND2-32 is game-changer for my video/photo projects. The diffusion mist gives my footage a soft, cinematic glow without losing too much sharpness, which is perfect for capturing moody vibes. Before this filter I was using a K&F black mist filter 1/4 stacked on top of an ND filter, which gave similar result. Doing this was a pain because sometimes the filters would get stuck and it takes a challenge to take off. So having both in one is a triple plus for me and my work.
One of the best things about this filter is that it has hard stops. My other K&F filter at some point you would get a X across your screen. I don’t notice any vignetting either even though I’m a big fan of it. Overall, this filter feels solid, works seamlessly, and delivers a pro-level aesthetic. If you’re into filmmaking or just want to elevate your photos/videos, this is worth it. Highly recommend!
