I purchased this to troubleshoot a clog in my bathroom sink. It's been a slow drainer for years, and we have to clean it weekly or it's clogged beyond Drano. We've tried everything, and finally decided to get to the bottom of whatever was causing our problem. Turns out, there was old hardware stuck in the pipe from a previous sink (the bit that controls the sink stopper) that was catching everything that went down the sink. With the aid of the camera (and a few tools) we were able to disconnect the line and remove it, fixing our problem for good. It cost less than hiring a plumber...

It's very easy to operate, we didn't capture any video (I did take a couple of pictures, but they don't look like much and you have to remove the card to put them on a computer...). All of the functions are easy to operate, and I can't say enough about the rotating head. The ability to move the camera, even just a little bit, is essential to getting the view you need. It's not easy, and it takes a lot of patience, but it worked out better than I expected, and I already have a few other places around the house in mind that this will be a useful (if infrequently used) tool.
