With its Aluminium construction, you can expect the tripod to last for a while and to be sturdy. I have used the tripod with both an EOS M (Mirrorless) as well as a Canon 70d (DSLR) and I have been quite pleased with the results. The tripod allows for a wide range of movements which helps with aiding in your creativity. It allows you to create some stellar and interesting shots. The head is a ball joint which allows a great deal of freedom as well as it can be attached horizontally. The tripod is rated to 22lbs of load capacity and I am inclined to believe it. Since it is aluminium it is extremely light and easy to carry around. While it can get to about 70" it also is extremely compact.
