Can I remove the rubber tips from the legs and mount spikes?

The rubber tips can be removed, but mounted spikes must have same male screw diameter.

Works perfect with my d5300, so probably Nikon system

Does it come with a pan bar or is it possible to buy one that could fit it?

This tripod is easy to use for Pan and Tilt, 90° and 180° It has a pan bar, and everything that you could do for your shots. Once I bought, every shot I did was well done with this tripod!

Does it have holes on the bottoms of the rods? I wonder if I can connect any of the rods to a scrow on a table

Yes. You can use it on every camera body that has a thread of 1/4 20 UNC. This means it is 1/4 inch in diameter with twenty threads per inch.

Will it work for nikon d3300

Always depends on the lens, but the D3300 with a modest, short lens will certainly be well held by this tripod.

Does this tripod use Arca Swiss like mounts? I am trying to find an additional one for my gimbal for easy quick mounting.
