There is no problem with the "L/RL/M" Leica R-Mount Lens X Leica M Mount Body LM-EA7 confirmed with Summicron-R 50mm f2. Infinity is fine.

Really high quality adapter. Works well on my tech art pro, no sell out issues. Very happy!

Use with FL lenses. The bottom part gets in the way, but the lens side can handle it. Infinity came out well and the quality was reassuring.
