This mount is extremely sturdy! So much that I wondered whether I could remove it from where it was mounted. It took some effort figuring out the twist function, but I was relieved to discover that it is removable and reusable. It works well in the car - if you have a magnetic case, it holds to this magnetic mount strongly and the mount itself stays put. I have found that it’s easier to rotate the phone once mounted in horizontal mode versus vertical mode. But if your intent is to mount and not move it much, either option works.

I was excited for this mount because I thought it was moveable and reusable, but then when I opened the box I was a little confused and for a second I thought I was wrong. The directions were a little confusing and had me thinking this was a permanent thing but thankfully I figured it out and yes--you can easily remove it and reuse it.I like to use it in the car mostly and it's withstood hot/cold temperature changes brilliantly. Very strong grip on both the car and my phone, through my MagSafe phone case. Love that it's adjustable and I can bend it and move it around as needed. Super easy with the twist function to latch it on/off whatever surface you want.

This is actually super cool. Very sturdy and robust. Satiating ratchet mechanism. Awesome functionality. You can seal the bottom with suction and the adhesive. Then the top can also turn independently so you’re not stuck in a certain way. Recommend. Gonna buy for my wife’s car too lol

I had several supports of this type (suction cup HS after 3 months, magnet not powerful enough, etc...): for me it is the best! It may be more expensive than the others but at least we can rest easy! After 3 months of use: - Suction cup that holds incredibly well (never fallen, it is even difficult to remove!) - Super magnet! the smartphone has never fallen unlike the others (I used the metal ring provided) In short, I recommend!

Very practical and sturdy attachment

There are a few things I really like about this mount; in my opinion, the most important thing is that it does its core task really well and reliably: holding a cell phone. To do this, I attached (glued) the included magnetic ring to the back of my Samsung Galaxy S9. The ring is really very thin and doesn't interfere in the least during normal use, i.e. you can also put a protective case around the phone without it significantly bulging out. The next positive point is the stability of the holder: with the matte aluminum, it not only looks high-quality, but it also feels the same when used — the rotating mechanism for creating the vacuum on the suction cup runs cleanly and gives haptic feedback, giving you a good feeling of how far you have to turn. But even the hinges, which are used when opening and adjusting the angle, are still stable even after several weeks of very intensive use of the holder and do not simply slip. Yes, they may be a bit difficult to use, but they should also hold the cell phone securely in position. And for that, the resistance that you have to overcome to adjust the angle is quite appropriate. Also nice: if the holder was attached to a glass table top or something similar with a suction cup, for example, I could easily remove the cell phone from the holder with just one hand without it appearing unstable. I think that the manufacturer really succeeded in balancing a secure, firm grip and normal operation. That's why I have a clear recommendation for this product for anyone who needs a new mount for their home or car.

Holds well on glass , stuck it on the windshield, it was about 5 Celsius, 4 days later is still holding well. The adjustment was tight but hasnt moved from the position i set. Overall i believe this was a good choice.
