K&F CONCEPT Snap On CPL Filter Compatible with DJI Osmo Action 6, Circular Polarizers Filters, HD Optical Glass with Multi-Coated Anti-Glare Reduce Reflections Action Camera Accessories
SKU: KF12.0054
Perfect fit, easily elevates the footage and protects the lens at the same timeSnapping these filters on is stupid easy. You literally just press them on and they click into place with no fiddling or tools. I was expecting some trial and error but it was more of a line it up and done situation which is perfect when you’re already outside and trying to catch light before it changesThe fit is excellent on the action camera. They sit snug and centered and don’t feel like they’re going to pop off when moving around. I shook the camera around and tossed it in a bag and everything stayed put so confidence level went way up right awayBuild quality feels legit. The glass is clear and clean with no weird color shift and the coatings actually seem to work. Water beads right off and fingerprints wipe away easily. Even stacked against bright sunlight the footage stays sharp and contrast looks natural which is exactly what you want from filters like thisHaving multiple strengths plus a polarizer in one kit is super handy. You can dial things in depending on how bright it is and still keep motion looking smooth instead of blown out. The polarizer is great around water or shiny surfaces and makes colors pop without looking fakeYeah it costs more than basic accessories but you can tell where the money went. Solid materials, clean optics, easy use, and real results on footage. For what you get it feels like a good value and not something you’ll regret buying later

This filter kit is a fantastic addition for anyone looking to get more professional results out of their action camera. The snap on design makes it incredibly quick and easy to swap filters in the field, so you never miss a shot while trying to adjust your settings. The variety included in the pack allows for perfect exposure in everything from bright midday sun to softer afternoon light, helping to keep your footage looking smooth and cinematic. The glass quality is top notch, providing clear and sharp images without any unwanted glare or color shifting. I particularly enjoy the diffusion filter, which adds a lovely soft glow to highlights and gives the video a more artistic feel. Everything comes in a sturdy little case that keeps the filters protected and organized in a gear bag. It is a simple yet effective way to take your outdoor filming to the next level with minimal effort.

Whilst I love using my Action 6 camera there are times where getting the perfect image can be difficult because of the lighting and that's where this little set of filters comes in. I've had several products from K&F Concept and they've become one of the brands I now look to as they've been producing some quality kit and this filter set is certainly well made.Inside the box you get a nice plastic case that holds all 6 filters which are set snuggly in a foam base. The base has cut outs around each filter to enable you to easily remove the one you need without getting your finger prints all over it. The plastic case is quite sturdy so would provide ample protection when placed in your bag. The filters are easy to install as they simple cover the camera lens and are then pushed in to place and are firmly gripped so there's no chance of them coming loose during use.The filter set I ordered includes 4 ND filters (8, 16, 32 and 64), a black mist filter and a CPL filter. To be honest whilst using the ND filters it can be difficult sometimes to see a huge difference going from one to the next but it is considerable between the lowest and highest so it takes some playing about with them to get the desired effects depending on the available light. The black mist and CPL filters on the other hand I use quite a bit when there's quite a lot of light as they do make noticeable differences with softening or removing reflections. For the quality and performance of these filters they are quite competitively priced and complement the camera well to give you options for all lighting scenarios and I would therefore highly recommend adding a set to your kit.

The packaging is solid and well organised, the lenses come in a plastic secure case, keeping them protected. The lenses slot into a foam backing, stopping them moving around and scratching. These are really easy to install, just simply snap them on and away you go, make swapping filters during photos convenient, they fit well with no movement or loosenessThe image quality is noticeably improved, depending on the light situation. The ND filters help manage exposure, keeping footage top quality and smooth, the CPL filter is excellent for reducing reflections from bright light, great for sunsets. The black mist filter is excellent for adding a subtle softness without killing sharpness, great for cinematic shots. My favourite feature has to be the snap on system, being able to switch filters quickly is really convenientI’ve had a few accessories from this brand, they are top quality and I highly recommend, excellent value for money, if you’re serious about getting the best image quality than these filters are for you

The advertised properties of the filter set are explained in the detailed product description and clearly illustrated, are confirmed by me as far as possible and do not require any further addition on my part.
Material and manufacturing quality are at a high level.
The filter set is aimed at ambitious users who want to take their creativity and the capabilities of their imaging device to the next level.
The required market price of currently just under 55 euros appears to me to be just acceptable for the total service offered and can be justified in individual cases by the utility value.

In 'Pro' mode and set to Manual on the Action 6 the user has good control of exposure settings, so can set a preferred shutter speed and ISO value, to preserve natural motion blur, but, unless light is particularly poor, the 'footage' is very likely to be overexposed - and that is where ND filters can save the day!The ND filters can reduce light onto the sensor by up to 8 stops, giving a lot of flexibility - in manual mode the camera display will tell you the exposure in + or - EV (1 EV=1 stop) so selecting a filter that keeps that value between -1 and +0.7 should end up giving natural motion and well-balanced exposure. (I shoot in D-LOG-M and use a video editor to grade the footage, and assist with minor exposure variations)The CPL filter can assist in reducing reflections on surfaces as well as getting 'cleaner' colours in sunny situations - just like polarised sunglasses!Black Mist 1/4 can be quite subtle (photo below) in softening the image as well as desaturating colours a little - but can pick up and 'glow' specular highlights very pleasingly - experimentation is recommended, if only as it can be great fun!K&F CONCEPT, in my opinion, have nailed it once again in providing very good quality (no noticable colour cast with any of these filters) filters that are quick and easy to use, and will assist in producing better photos and video with the Action 6, at a price that isn't too prohibitive.

£55 at time of review CPL, ND8, ND16, ND32, ND64, ND256I got a DJI Osmo Action 6 a couple of months ago and looking forward to using it snowboarding next month, so ND’s will be essential to cut down the light levels. I’ve given these a quick test, but as the weather is so gloomy here currently my tests have been rather limited, as it’s not been bright enough for me to test anything above ND32 (as that’s 5 stops already), so I’ve tested the others. To CPL works well, and a bit of pop to the image overall and of course cuts out reflections on water and windows, although as soon as you tilt the camera the flections can reappear. The 8 & 16 ND’s worked well cutting down the light levels to keep my shutter speed down, there’s a tiny colour cast, but it’s really small, but noticeable if you’re really pixel peeping or colour correcting in post etc, but if you’re that particular, then you already know how to over come it)Swapping the filters over is simple too as your simply pop them over the top of the lens (you can’t stack these filters), comes with a good case too. All in all great set of filtersHope my review was helpful

The very large case, made of a slightly too soft but very well padded, very large case comes with 6 filters, which are ideal basic equipment. With ND strengths of 8 to 64, there is already scope for experiments with long exposure, and various daylight situations are covered anyway. The CPL brings reflections under control, here it is a standalone filter and not combined with another, and it is not for nothing that the Black Mist 1/4 is one of the most popular puzzle pieces on the way to a movie look, with the softness and the beautiful aura around light sources that it creates.
Filters are in a fairly compact and robust case.
Given the number of filters, it would have been nice if the individual slots, in which they sit very securely, had been labelled in the case.
They sit perfectly on the camera and hold, even when using a cage with appropriate openings. Visually, the filters are also of a high level and give no cause for criticism. They all fulfill their purpose and have no noticeable negative side effects. The glasses are flawless, the metal frames are clean and accurate. You have to be careful with filters for action cams with your fingers, the glass is flush with the sockets at the front, there is virtually no room to avoid contact with the glass. But for these cases, there is also a cleaning cloth with
The Black Mist the best, the ND filters also serve their purpose. But even with this set, the desire to be able to combine several filters together remains unanswered.
Otherwise, you get a high-quality all-round carefree package, with which you hardly have to buy any more filters.

Always trusted K&F Concept for filters, and these Snap on ones are quality! The optical glass is excellent, very clear, and they do a great job of controlling light without wrecking image quality. These are snap on filters rather than screw on, which for me makes them very easy to take on and off, especially when out riding. I can confirm they fit the DJI Action 6 perfectly. I also tested them on an Action 5 and they are too big, so they are not interchangeable across models.I use an action cam on my motorcycle, and vibration is part of life. On older snap on filters I have had the odd occasion where vibration caused one to come loose, and these feel like a similar fit. It has not happened often, but it is something worth being aware of if you ride regularly on rough roads. In use, they perform brilliantly. I often ride in bright conditions where footage can end up overexposed, and these filters sort that out straight away. ND8 or ND16 covers most UK weather perfectly. ND32 and ND64 are less commonly used for me.They are not cheap, but the build quality and optical performance match the price. For me, they feel like good value for money if you care about image quality and want filters you can rely on.

K&F concept are a really reputable brand and this will be one of many ND filter sets I have purchased and received from them. This specific listing for the Osmo Action 6 with a CPL+ND8+ND16+ND32+ND64+Black Mist 1/4 is something that's blown me away. Each filter is expertly made and feels highly durable and tough. They fit the Osmo Action 6 perfectly. I have no comments on K&F Concept's packaging, although it does look nice so yes it's suitable to be gifted to an Osmo Action 6 owner.K&F Concept, and these items specifically, deliver excellent performance. There's none of that X-shadow that is a mainstay in cheap terrible filters. Rather these filters are made to a high standard clearly have very good quality control, and testament to that quality is the rather high price. However you can be sure that in purchasing these filters you won't have to buy another set for the lifetime of the use of your camera given that you treat them right.Currently the filter set is on offer for £48.32. That works out at just over £8 per filter. Is this set for the use of hobbyists? Yeah. Is it for amateurs? No. Is it suitable for professionals? Absolutely.I think you need a certain level of skill to be able to effectively use the different grades of ND. But again if you want to take that jump and make that rather big investment, I don't think you would regret it. It will level up the outputs of your Osmo and allow you to achieve more cinema-quality footage that the camera is capable of but needs that helping hand in tough outdoor environments.
