Clear high quality filter & protector for my old faithful Pentax k1000's stock lens. Both my 49mm diameter lenses, 50mm focal length and my 28mm. Screwed right on, no binding grinding or sticking. Screws off easily as well. Very happy with this brand & quality. Comes with a really nice lens wiping cloth too. Should always use a puffer first to blow off anything that might scratch the glass.

I try to keep a skylight filter on my expensive lens for protection mostly and I usually buy OEM versions. This filter is clear and well made. I have not noticed any degradation of photo quality or color rendition using this filter. Overall, a good thin filter.

K&F is my go to for lens filters and most of my camera equipment. Their build quality is consistently top tier, and the prices are very reasonable, making them an excellent choice for both amateur and professional photographers alike. In addition to the ND filter, this filter from K&F is also impressive across the board. (The polarizing filter is different, not discussed further here). The coating is really good, cleaning does not directly lead to scratches and the results are not distorted. I am satisfied, I have first-class lens protection and can only give it full marks.

I recently got a Tamron 17-70 f2.8 for my Sony A6500 and wanted a quality filter to protect my lens without sacrificing photo/video quality, and so far this is working great!
I've taken a few photos and video clips so far, and I'm impressed. I don't feel I lose any quality with another set of glass on the lens, and it gives me a better piece of mind that I won't scratch the actual camera lens.

I'm just an amateur photographer and can't really judge the exact technical details. I use the UV filter primarily as lens protection. The thread is very well crafted and makes installation child's play. The included microfiber cloth is really good and reliably removes dust. The lens cap still fits without any problems. A clear recommendation from me.

don't want to go into too much detail about the function of a UV filter, or protective filter, as it is often called, that should be pretty clear and I personally have never used a so-called protective filter
