My kids have had a blast using this snake camera in the yard looking at bugs in the bushes and shed. It comes with an SD card, and my kids have had plenty of fun with this to save the pictures they take.
I will say that I have borrowed it a few times to help with some things around the house. Checking inside a wall I was running a wire for, looking down the exhaust fan duct to check for blockages, etc.. The image quality isn't top tier by any means, but for its intended applications and my needs it's been perfect.

Being a bit of a 2nd Amendment guy, I was intrigued at the idea of using a borescope to more closely examine some of my antiques and to peer into some holes we have in the backyard. The light is a big help and the resolution on the screen is great!
The probe is long and flexible and pretty sturdy, though it won't stay straight out from the device due to its own weight- not a problem, just an observation- it means it's sturdy enough to not tear apart while poking it into/between rocks and jamming it into tight spaces.
The controls are simple enough to learn, and there is a 32GB micro-sd card included, so we can save/upload pictures. It has onboard memory, but I'm not sure how or even if you can transfer things onto a card.
Overall, I think this is a good price for a decent borescope for a kid or even an adult (the silocone edge/ears pop off, but it serves as a screen protector). If you don't want something tied to your phone, there are slightly better spec display models with much longer scopes at and around this price point, but those 16ft+ long ones would be too cumbersome and don't have a snapshot function or a card slot! This beats those out, easily, in my opinion, so it's getting my recommendation.

My grandson loves looking for holes to investigate with the snake scope. I stay close just in case he actually sees one, LOL.

Perfect choice for summer fun. I purchased this for my grandson to explore the backyard, pool, beach and any other place to look for adventure this summer. They love it!
