These days, these types of UV filters aren't as useful as they once were with SLR cameras. However, they can be a great ally, both for protecting your lenses and even for creative effects. In this case, we're looking at a K&F product, a brand that never disappoints when it comes to quality and price. I'm a regular user of this brand's products: tripods, bags, backpacks, cleaners, etc. And, with a few exceptions, I've always been very satisfied with everything I've purchased or, as in this case, tried. I like to be transparent to share my experience, since, for example, I've tried tripods from this brand that, for their price, didn't seem like a good option. I'll tell you more about them. One of the aspects I liked most is the packaging, which offers plenty of protection, as well as a screw-on case for transport. Many of these filters come in small bags, and if your backpack is full of gear or you're a bit messy, one day they could turn up broken. Therefore, this is a very positive point, since, in addition to the filter, you get its case. I feel like I'm repeating myself, but I think it's important to emphasize that in more modern cameras, this type of UV filter isn't very useful, and many will say that adding it is an "insult" to your lens, especially if it's of good quality, since, although neutral, it adds an extra layer. However, as I mentioned, protection is still important. With this type of filter, you add an extra layer that, if you use the camera in higher-risk environments, will help prevent scratching or breaking the glass of your lens, since the filter will be damaged first. When I mentioned that it can be a creative ally, in my case, I don't consider it for now, but I know of photographers who use these filters, which are not ND, and therefore don't affect the light input. In colloquial terms, they would be like simple glass, which can be broken to create a shattered glass effect in photographs. That said, for this price and quality, I think I'd look for another filter for that type of action

ordered this 43mm in this UV filter by the K&F Concept brand for my 35mm f/2.0 Fujifilm XC lens, the little plastic lens that could, but really doesn't have lot of glass protection for its elements. So far I have no issues with this filter at all, in fact it was ordered as a replacement for the more "premium" filter that broke. This brand matches the quality both in terms of effect it produces, and also the quality of the aluminum casing and glass itself, I honestly see no difference. Fast delivery, of a product equal in quality to brand names, I will be a returning buyer from this brand. 5 stars.

This K&F Concept 67mm UV filter has truly transformed my photography experience with my Xiaomi 14 Ultra. As soon as I received it, I was impressed by its storage case, perfect for protecting the accessory over the long term. It fits seamlessly into the filter adapter of my photo kit, and that was exactly what I was missing to fully enjoy it!

Nowadays, these types of filters are more useful with older cameras, since newer digital cameras don't really need UV filters, but they do have an important place among accessories. I use UV filters as an extra layer of security for my lens; I just spent €500 on a Sony lens, and it makes sense to look for a way to protect it, and this filter does just that. If the lens falls, the filter would be damaged first, rather than the lens itself. I'd be sacrificing €30, not €500. Overall, it works as it should. It screwes on quickly, although a bit hard, and best of all, I can easily attach the front protector (cap) to the lens.

Great lens other lenses I had in the past gave some of my photos abit of a glare when taking pictures outside when it's sunny but these are great no issues like that

K&F makes nice filters with nice coatings and interesting concepts. They are very unique in their product design and have a wide variety of uses. This one is explosive-proof.

have bought three UV filters from K&F. It has 28 coatings, therefore it is able to achieve transmission of 99.8%. The price was great. Only recently the price has increased a lot, and the MSRP is doubled also, even though they are still sold at a reasonable price.

can't speak to the explosive protection of this lens since I haven't experienced any explosions, but it's a nice layer to add protection. So far so good

ordered this K&F Concept 82mm Explosive-Proof MCUV Lens Protection Filter as my UV filter more for it's water resistant properties than concern about explosions. However, since I'm often using it at edge of the water by rocks impact damage is something to be legitimately concerned about. So far I haven't had to test it's impact performance and only challenged it mildly with sea spray. It's performed well, easy to gently wipe off whatever drops or mist hit and keep shooting. Does a good journeyman's job of filtering UV. An excellent value.
