This product was sent to me for review, as part of Amazon Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it. In terms of quality, it appears to have been well-made; the construction is robust, with a sleek finish and properly-machined fitments on all sides - I was able to attach it to my Lumix S series lens, without any issues. As far as the glass itself is concerned, I could see no unwanted blemishes or scratches. As I like to use my Lumix S9 for videography, I have found this particular filter really useful for maintaining more 'natural' colours in my work, whilst being able to use slower shutter speeds (when needed). In summary, a good value item, and a useful addition to the kit bag.

This filter has been a great addition to my photography gear. The true color representation is impressive, and there haven't been any color shifts in my images. It's easy to adjust, allowing me to control the exposure smoothly. The build quality feels solid, and it fits perfectly on my lens. It's helped me capture better shots in various lighting conditions, especially in bright sunlight. Cleaning it has been easy, and it comes with a nice microfiber cloth. It's enhanced my photography experience.

The Variable ND from K&F can be continuously adjusted from ND2 to ND400. This gives you maximum control and flexibility without having to carry 10 filters at once. However, with this ND filter, there's no starting or ending stop. Therefore, you always have to be very careful not to turn the ND filter beyond the adjustable range. Especially above the maximum, this quickly leads to an "X," or uneven exposure. Within the adjustable range, I didn't notice this, or hardly noticed it, and the exposure here is fairly even. I definitely would have liked a limiter here, as you usually don't see the X when taking the photo, but only later. Apart from that, the filter has no negative impact on the colors. In comparison, I could hardly notice any difference. All in all, you're getting an affordable variable ND filter that you definitely can't go wrong with.

K&F is company that consistently delivers good quality products. I got the 82mm as it fits my Sony 24-70 GM II lens. I like the fact that it came with 3 microfibre cleaning cloths and plastic case for storage. This particular filter screws directly onto the end of the lens - not a magnetic fit like some of their higher end models. Optically, very good - no noticeable chromatic aberrations, no flares or loss of sharpness. My first variable ND filter (despite having been a photographer for 10+ years) - and I'm impressed. I've used non-variable filters in the past - and this means less gear in my bag. The only downside to this is that due to the construction of my lens and / or the filter, I cannot use a lens hood with this filter attached due to the additional diameter. For the price, this is a bargain - but you get quality results.

Great piece of kit! No issues with fit or usability. The filter is well made from quality materials and comes with two microfibres for cleaning. Essential for achieving those beautiful artistic landscapes!

Firstly the quality of this ND filter is outstanding and a real joy to have in my camera bag and fits my Canon DSLR's perfectly, I did a few test shots on fast moving clouds and they turned out perfect and actually saturated the cloud colour to a deeper blue with brilliant blurred movement in the surrounding white clouds and i can't wait to try it out on waterfalls and seascapes, Made with top quality optical glass and once fitted to the lens you have full control using the turn ring with each F stop clearly marked on the outer ring and the results should be amazing with Sea and Rivers etc i am itching to get out and give it a proper test but so far with the test cloud shots i have been blown away and can clearly see differences in each stop down i used during the test and everything was crystal clear and sharp, The filter comes in a neat plastic protective box and they throw in 3 microfibre cloths too which is a real bonus, I have a few filters from this company and every one is a winner as they produce high quality filters i would highly recommend and would certainly buy again.

77mm bought to fit onto my Nikon 24-70. Nice precise screw thread, and excellent optical quality. This is a great filter for bright daylight use, especially on a tripod.
