Since I don't use PS for my development, I can't achieve that effect. Of course, I could by stopping down the aperture, but it would be severely underexposed. You know what I mean. But with this filter... NO! You have to control it, otherwise the effect is too heavy. I'm happy with it and its function.

Measure your lens carefully before ordering.
Easy to install.
The "ridged" part pivots.
Produces a ray effect on light sources.
Comes with a case (it's always a good idea to have a way to protect it when traveling).

No significant effect on photos taken during the day with the filter.
Use at night when the lights are bright.
No vignetting, distortion, or unwanted artifacts with the filter.

Excellent filter by K&F this time that imitates the classic blue lines effect of anamorphic lenses, giving photographs, especially those at night in backlight, a cinematic look.
The result is quite realistic, the band of light expands throughout the frame and the inclination can be decided simply by rotating the filter.
The quality of the materials is very good, as always K&F knows how to offer good quality products at extremely competitive prices.
Absolutely recommended.

What a unique filter. I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to try something like this. As soon as I received it, I tested it during the day and found it a little odd because it didn't add anything to the photos other than some light strays and a decrease in sharpness. After reading more about its use and going out to try it at night... wow! It has an incredible effect on the lights, creating a beam that follows the direction you position the blue lines on the filter. Plus, you can rotate it to adjust those light beams.

For me, since I've been shooting more video than photos lately, this filter seems amazing for capturing moving images (using a tripod). Car traffic becomes magical at night. By gently rotating it (the well-made rotating ring makes it glide like butter), you can create incredible effects by making the light beams move.

If you're going to use it for artistic purposes or need a filter that adds that special touch to your photos or videos, I highly recommend it. But consider whether you're actually going to use it for that purpose, because its effect is so striking and distinctive that it becomes the centerpiece of the image, and it doesn't seem easy to remove in post-production!

Personally, I'm planning to do a series of nighttime photography of my city and slow-motion recordings of traffic and the river at night. That will give you an idea of how specific this filter is.

For quality, originality, and excellent presentation and construction, I give it five stars.
