A great portable microscope. It can be converted into a mobile microscope. It's very easy to use, making it ideal for children. The screen displays a large color image, and the included cable allows you to transfer this image to a PC. You can also download a free app. The container for examining live animals is great. An SD card for saving images is included.

The microscope is great for taking on hikes, and the battery lasts well for numerous images and observations, which can be saved on the included SD card. Saving images is a bit tedious, and in my case, it quickly resulted in blurry pictures because the buttons are quite hard to press. The magnification is OK; small parts can be placed in an attachment and screwed on. No microscope slides are required.

I received the Kentfaith Microscope for children with LCD screen free of charge to test. The product was delivered quickly and was securely packaged. The device is made of plastic. The housing is well-made and sturdy. The device is easy to adjust using the four control buttons below the monitor. On the left side, there is a USB PC port for charging the built-in battery or for connecting to a PC (the microscope can be used like a camera and transmits control images to the PC). Images can also be saved to the integrated SD card. The images are upscaled and saved at 7680 × 4320 pixels. The built-in illumination can be adjusted using the buttons. The magnification and focus can be adjusted using the zoom wheel. The first level sets a low magnification. Turning the wheel further takes you to the second level. The magnification can also be changed by changing the distance between the lens and the object. The included samples on the slides have limited use. Ultimately, the microscope is most fun to use outdoors. It's a small yet powerful digital microscope. It's very suitable for children. It's also well-suited for hobbies (e.g., electronics). The included SD card is also of good quality. Overall, a nice device at a fair price. 5 stars

I think the microscope is really cool. The magnification is good and it's easy to use. The display is practical; you can see everything clearly and several people can view the image at the same time. It takes pictures and videos well, and they can be transferred to other devices via a memory card. I think it's excellent value for money.

I was able to test the Kentfaith microscope and am very satisfied overall. The scope of delivery includes the microscope, a charging cable, a 32 GB SD card for saving images, and five slides filled with insects of various sizes. These slides clearly demonstrate the microscope's ability to take truly high-quality images. For example, an ant can be magnified so much that its head appears full-size on the screen. Even difficult-to-see creatures like potato insects can be magnified. Using the microscope is quite simple. All you have to do is position the animal appropriately. Focus is achieved using a fairly smooth wheel. You then digitally control the brightness of the illumination using a +/- button. Of course, you also have a number of other settings available, such as the light intensity. Conclusion: The microscope has a great range of functions. You can charge it via a standard Type-C port, save images, and access all the settings. It's well-suited for children because it's easy to use. The included slides are great for practicing! Sure, you're not getting professional equipment here, but you're still getting a microscope that's worth its price!

The Kentfaith microscope is a great way to introduce children to the world of microscopy. It offers all the basic features you'd expect from a microscope: a magnifying lens, illumination, a sturdy base, and, most importantly, a practical screen. The screen is particularly noteworthy, as it makes viewing specimens much easier. Children don't have to struggle with an eyepiece, which can sometimes be challenging even for older children. Instead, they can comfortably view their specimens on the monitor. The microscope is easy to set up and operate; the on-screen instructions are clear, and the buttons are sturdy and well-placed. The set also includes pre-prepared slides, so children can get started right away. Another great feature is the SD card slot, which allows you to save images for later viewing. I find it particularly exciting that the microscope body is removable. This allows children to examine smaller objects like insects in real time—a unique and creative feature that encourages curiosity. The quality of the microscope is really good, and the price is absolutely fair considering its extensive features. Overall, a clear recommendation for parents who want to give their children a first insight into the world of science!

After testing it a bit, I was impressed by the product. It's easy to use and relatively robust. I've even trusted it with my children, ages 4 and up, under close supervision. The magnification setting is simple, and the magnification is sufficient for our purposes (roughly measured as 1 mm to 20-25 mm). The magnification seemed a mystery to various vendors. This product allows for easy microscopy of common small particles and cells. The light from above and below is appropriate and practical. The lens can be used very flexibly, within the relatively low magnification range, of course. The image is sharp. Since I purchased this device for my family with younger children, the advantage of digital microscopes—no need to create a section—is a deciding factor for me. The material is simply placed underneath, and with a practiced hand, it's visible on the display within 15 seconds. It's truly child's play. However, the display is quite small, which makes it easier to use but slightly limits the imagination of the little ones. Still, it's a good companion for first scientific expeditions into nature and the environment. I haven't tested the insect compartment yet. But it makes sense to me to release living objects back into nature with the kids.

The microscope now has an impression of a game on the first side of the report on the poids or the compact côté mais au final, the march is super good. The quality of the images is excellent. I recommend this product for children between 9 and 14 years.

As a biologist, I work a lot with microscopes, and my expectations aren't too high when it comes to toys like this. I recently bought one for my daughter. It looked like a classic mini microscope, but it was practically useless. With this digital microscope, everything runs on a screen. You can switch between magnification levels with a button, and there's only one ring for focusing. Don't expect brilliant images, but you do get a nice image. This can be saved to a microSD card. Combined with the built-in LED lighting, I'm almost thrilled. The five included slides give a first impression. Even though €60 isn't a lot for a toy, young researchers can still have a lot of fun with it. I give it 5 stars. I received the LED microscope free to test, but this doesn't affect my rating.
