As an enthusiast of action photography and videography, I've always sought reliable accessories to enhance the capabilities of my DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Recently, I had the opportunity to test out the K&F Concept Variable ND2-32 + ND32-512 Filter Kit designed specifically for this compact action camera, and I must say, it's been a game-changer for my outdoor shoots.

The first thing that caught my attention was the comprehensive range of neutral density (ND) filters included in the kit. From ND2-32 to ND32-512, this selection covers a wide spectrum of light conditions, allowing for precise control over exposure settings even in the brightest of environments. Whether I'm capturing fast-paced action shots or serene landscapes, the K&F Concept filters enable me to achieve the perfect balance between shutter speed and aperture, resulting in stunningly crisp and well-exposed imagery.

One of the standout features of this filter kit is its variable ND design, which allows for seamless adjustment of density levels without the need to swap filters. This versatility not only streamlines the shooting process but also eliminates the hassle of carrying multiple filters, making it ideal for on-the-go photographers like myself. The smooth rotation mechanism ensures quick and precise adjustments, giving me the freedom to adapt to changing light conditions effortlessly.

On both these ND filters the adjustment is easy and smooth, though a little fiddly due to size, not that this can be helped or designed around though so I can't really complain. The knurled edge makes it about the easiest it could be. Tint / exposure amount seems smooth and consistent across the range.

I find it useful that the coating is a different tint between the 2-32 and the 32-512 so even if they are both set at ND32 I can see at a glance (without reading the tiny writing) which is which.

The plastic case is sturdy enough for protecting and storing the filters and they fit snugly into the foam insert but are fairly easy to get in and out.

Overall they feel like a great quality little product, and I think a good set with as wide range of exposure coverage as you could ever want.

This variable ND filter has been essential for my outdoor filming. The ability to adjust light reduction allows me to capture scenes with the right balance, enhancing the quality of my footage. The magnetic frame design is practical, making attachment and removal a breeze. The multi-coated optical glass ensures clear and high-definition images. It's a valuable accessory for anyone serious about videography.

These were surprisingly cheap considering what you get and the fact it is from K & F, who I know to be a good brand. Fit is very good and I have found no issues so far. Very versatile and flexible ND ranges which should cover you whatever shutter speed you want to work with. Overall very happy so far with this.

These are ideal for brighter days to bring down your shutter speed to keep the 180-degree rule for more cinematic footage, they work well for this and add little in the way of colour cast, they are easy to adjust and also stay set and don't creep, they also don't seem to have any detrimental effect on the gimbal, all in all, great for my vlogs and videos.

Having used K&F filters for my DJI drone, I was pleased to see these for the Osmo.

Like my previous experience with this brand, they look and feel great. The dials rotate smoothly and are fairly easy to turn.

Based on initial testing they work well. Hard to test them to their full extent right now with the dull and gloomy weather but will really come in handy during the summer.

If you're looking for filters for your Osmo, based on two experiences now, K&F is a good brand.

Ça protège bien la lentille de la Osmo Pocket 3. Un essentiel.

In my opinion, a UV filter is an absolute must, if only as an insurance policy to protect the lens itself. These are way more effective that those sticky glass protectors, can be removed if needed, and don’t interfere with locking the gimbal like some others. I have many K&F filters for other lenses and they’re always of excellent quality.

First of all, I like K & F concept, and have purchased another UV lens for a different camera. They make good affordable products. I love this lens, more for the protection it provides than the UV filter. I used to use the lens protector that stuck on but then thought it might affect the image quality. I much prefer this add on lens. If I decide to experiment with other kinds of lenses, this one pops on and off. I'm prepared to lose it at least once, and repurchase. The Pocket devices are delicate, not action cams, so it's worth a bit of protection. I had to send the Pocket 2 to the Pocket hospital once so I speak from experience. The added screen protector is a great addition.

It definitely fulfills its task, especially when recording over water. And of course the pocketed completely retracts when turned off, and unfortunately it doesn't, like with a wide-angle lens. I recommend it.
