My first foray into filters and I'm excited to use this beyond testing indoors and out in direct daylight. The filter comes in a plastic case, which I appreciate. The lens fits great on my Nikon and I love how it's a variable filter, so you're able to shift the lens to create a more dense filter effect along with a wide range of stops. Pretty happy overall and I'm pretty sure this will be a main driver during the summer.

I upgraded to this K&F VND2-2000 from my K&F VND2-400. This gives me more versatility when I need to get that light stopped down. Weather I'm shooting waterfalls and need long exposure or I'm shooting slow motion and need to stop the light down to keep my shutter consistent, the extra ND is perfect. I'm a fan of K&F their filters are very affordable and the image quality is still quite clear. The build quality and tolerances are quite nice.

I shoot a lot of video with different lenses, and lately have been using my 24 f1.4 Sony lens quite a bit while outdoors, and this can be a very bright lens, so using a variable ND filter like this one by K&F can definitely be useful and a big help to shoot with low apertures and further blur out my backgrounds nicely. I didn't notice any real color shifting, and my image has remained sharp as expected. I like that this one is so variable and allows me to use just this one filter, rather than having to keep changing them out to different ones and the light changes. It's just more useful. I'm thankful this one came with that little plastic storage case, rather than a pouch or something useless, because it helps me to protect the filter when not in use. This is a nice inexpensive alternative to much more expensive ND filters and it's actually quite nicely made.

This is my first experience using a Neutral Density filter, let alone a variable one, so I don't pretend to be an expert. I haven't had time to really play with this filter either; I just took a few quick shots to see what it does. However, I am impressed with this filter. It is clearly a very high quality filter. Even though this filter can be adjusted from ND2 (1 stop) to ND2000 (11 stops),l the frame is very thin and is made of high grade machined aluminum. The filter is adjusted by turning the outer ring; there are eleven marks to indicate the amount of adjustment, and the adjustment ring moves very smoothly with adequate resistance. The filter is made of multi-coated glass to reduce glare and other anomalies. On my 18-35mm lens, the lens hood will not fit with the filter installed, and neither will the lens cap. The three attached photos show how the filter can be used to reduce the amount of light. The three shots are from the minimum setting to the middle setting; all camera settings are the same except for the shutter speed. I tried some shots at higher filter settings, but the effect was too great (at least given my limited knowledge). While I still have a great deal to learn about using this filter effectively, clearly it has a great deal of potential. This is a precision device at a price that is much less than some other brands I have looked at.

picked this up as I'd been wanting to experiment with ND filters but didn't want to invest a ton of money. Overall, I'm happy with it so far. Haven't noticed any color shift or noticeable image softening and it's been extremely beneficial on bright days that exceed my maximum shutter speed. It threads on smoothly and is well built. The only thing that bothers me is the lack of hard stops or labeling on the filter - I'm a bit fanatical about settings and like to know what I'm on at all times - this really shouldn't matter as I'm just trying to get a desired shutter-speed, but having to count dots to know what my filter is at is bothersome. Having that been said, this is definitely not a deal-breaker, and it's been a fun filter to use.

got this to go with the Sony 70-200 F4 lens (72mm). It fits it does what it is suppose to do and it doesn't soften the image too much. I got it because I film lacrosse games for our local lacrosse team (which I have 3 players on). I wanted to switch to using my Sony a7III. I have used a ND filter kit in the past for my Panasonic GH5. The individual filters work but they are a pain if the lighting conditions change a lot during a game. So for the new setup I wanted to switch to a variable ND filter. It does work but I cannot reattach the lens hood and that can cause problems depending on where the sun is and where I have to setup. If the sun is behind me, no problem. if I have to shoot where it is to either side of me I can't use the lens without a hood. So I will keep this in my kit and use it when I can, but I am going to ultimately have to get a filter set that will allow me to use the hood on that lens. If you can get a bigger hood, or don't need one then this variable ND filter will work great. It will just depend on your situation.

This filter is great. I've used static filters quite a bit but haven't used variables much. I love the motion of this one it glides very nicely. It has a great result and is well made. It doesn't add much weight to my camera either. And the carrying case is a nice addition since I don't leave it on my camera all of the time. Its a nice product and would definitely buy again.

This variable ND filter by K&F Concept is really well made. The threads and fit are perfect and the optical quality is better than I would expect at this price point. I like the convenience that a variable ND filter provides and this one has enough of a range to meet all of my needs. There are no hard stops on the setting, but the rings are stiff enough to stay where I set it and I don't have to worry about accidentally changing the setting if I bump it. As with other K&F Concept products, the included individually packaged cleaning cloths are also a nice addition. Overall, I'm very happy with this filter.

recently got the 11-Stops Variable ND Filter, and this is another great product from K&F. They continue to deliver high quality, low cost products for photography enthusiast. The ability to tailor light reduction from ND2 to ND2000 (1-stop to 11-stop) provides me with the ultimate flexibility. The glass seems to be of high quality and filter feels durable and has a nice heft to it. The threads work well and fits my 72mm Sigma perfectly. I appreciate the Wide Compatibility of this filter, fitting all 72mm lenses. Verifying the lens thread size is a breeze, and the added bonus of requiring a 77mm lens cap is a thoughtful touch. In conclusion, the 11-Stops Variable ND Filter has exceeded my expectations in every way.

K&F has been crushing it, but this ND takes the cake for me. Really high quality parts and so easy to mount and use. This is exactly what my gearbox was missing so I'd highly recommend it to you if you're on the hunt for a great variable ND that covers all bases and doesn't require you to have 10 in a little sleeve somewhere getting dusty and painstakingly frustrating to take on and off every time you want to go one stop up or down. Get it!
