This star filter gives a subtle star-burst effect on point light sources in your subject. The cost is very good for the good quality. I recommend keeping one of these in your photography bag to add a little emphasis in your night-time photography.

Revised review: my item arrived with some issues but the company’s customer service got in touch with me very quickly and provided a replacement along with tracking info and were super cool and professional. Aside from the original defects build quality is very good and I’ve been very happy with some test shots on a borrowed camera.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks and every single stream I get questions what camera I’m using!!! You can simply switch it between different modes so you can find the effect you are looking for.
