This does work well and can be adjusted, but getting it into the correct mode can be a bit confusing. The directions are not the most clear, but once you have these setup to your preferences, you won't be changing it. Keep the remote stored nearby so you can get that dumb, straggler chicken in after dark!

I have not installed the door yet, but the construction looks very nice as opposed to others I have seen. The frame is nice and sturdy and an easy shape to install. Some I have seen require a small bump out to be cut beyond the rectangle, not bad for me to do, but the average diy guy may not. Anyway this one is easy. I will report back once installed.

Set up was easy and it has been working flawlessly for a month now. I highly recommend this coop door.

So far the item works as it should. We'll see how it holds up in the winter months. Only negative is where the solar panel plugs into. It should’ve been on the side but instead it’s under the part that opens and closes the door and right where the chickens walk in and out. Hopefully the chickens don’t peck at it and pull it out.

The chicken coop door was extremely easy to install and set-up took me minutes with the provided instructions. It works great, the chickens fit through the door without issue. I appreciate the solar panel and easy mounting to keep the unit charged. Overall I'm very satisfied! It's great to have the piece of mind that our chickens are safe.
