Works great and the solar panel has no problem keeping it charged even without direct sunlight, my one problem so far has been that the light sensor settings don't work very well. It would just randomly close when the clouds went over the sun. There is supposedly a way to calibrate It but it isn't very intuitive.

LED screen difficult to read outside. Just installed so still waiting to see how it goes. Easy to install.

I do wish it was just a tiny bit larger, both in height and width. However, the girls get in and out just fine. Love the options of hand-control, remote-control, or solar-powered. Works great!

I love that is has a separate solar panel. It came with all the needed hardware and a little screwdriver.

Great door just not great placement of power cord. Chickens peck at usb c and remove it everyday. Ugh

I contacted the seller after a problem with my unit’s LCD screen. I received an immediate response and was promptly shipped a replacement door! They also emailed me an additional video in response to a question about program settings. You seldom see customer service like that anymore! The product itself works as described. The remote is an added level of convenience and a necessity for me personally. The true test however will be to see how it performs in freezing weather.

I think I like this more than the chickens do. Easy enough to install my wife was able to do it. No batteries to worry about with solar charging. Set it on light sensing mode or use the remote never trudge out to open the pen again!
