The adapter fits perfectly, neither too loose nor too tight. I have several Pentax PK lenses on it and they work great. You have to focus manually, but that works great with the old lenses and focus peaking. Top!!

The adapter was purchased to use a Nikon Tilt-Shift lens on the FUJI GFX 50R. The fully mechanical adapter is well made and sits without play.

The adapter works very well and fits perfectly. Use the Samyang 85mm f1.4 (EF Mount) with the adapter on the Fuji GFX 50r - manually, of course, the adapter has no contacts. The sensor is covered to 99%, great image results.

I find this adapter does its job as expected but is a little stiff to use and fits both the lens and the camera. Probably loosening the cuts would improve the function. It's definitely worth what you've spent, at least for the first few months of use.
