I’m a hvac technician, it’s hard to find a camera that suits our needs.Other than the camera cable is a bit long, this camera is on point. With the adjustable head. Easy to operate and pinpoint cracks on heat exchangers. And slide through to inspect the evaporator coil, without tearing it all apart. Worth the money!

I've used a stick style articulating borescope on my airplane engine for years. It finally gave up the ghost so I needed a new one. I wasn't sure how I would like the semi-rigid tubing versus the aluminum "stick" design of my old scope. I was very happy to find this style is actually easier to use around the engine / inside cylinders because you needn't have a straight path to what you're trying to inspect.My last one had to connect to a laptop to see the image. This Teslong unit has it's own screen and a memory card, both of which make it super simple to inspect in real time and save snapshots or videos to refer to later or send to your A&P.The image is super sharp and the adjustable LED light on the tip is great to get the best lighting, bright for dark surfaces or dimmer for reflective surfaces.The one key thing I've learned with this one is to keep my thumb on the semi-rigid tube oriented with the articulated motion of the head so I know which way the head will move with the adjustment wheel on the head. It took a minute or two but now is pretty intuitive to get the head pointed right at what you want to see, even when it's buried out of view down in the engine.Love this thing!

If you work on cars or industrial machinery, you will definitely find a use for this. I got it to use to inspect pipes in my crawl space. It works fine for that as well. This unit features an automatic shut-off to prevent it from overheating in hot conditions. It bends 180 degrees which lets you get into very tight spaces and send either videos or stills to your mobile device. It is important to note that while the probe unit IS waterproof, the host unit is not. You'll want to be careful when you inspect wet stuff.

The Kentfaith borescope is perfect for looking in detail into cavities that you can not get into otherwise. This can be used for looking into walls, into machines, into pipes, etc. The borescope had a plastic case with formed soft foam that leaves exactly places to safely hold and protect the borescope, camera screen and endoscope. The case latches with 2 snapping clasps that holds everything snuggly and securely. The screen screws on, you charge it with the provided braided nylon charging cord and you are ready to use the borescope. No software or set up required at all, which is really nice. The screen has really good image quality. I could see very fine details of the tiny fibers of my sweatshirt. We could insert the endoscope into the side of the laptop to see the broken pieces and read part numbers without even having to open the machine. There is a joystick lever that adjusts and rotates the end of the endoscope, so you can push the endoscope into a pipe or into a machine and then use the joystick to move the camera up, down, left and right. There is a trigger button that will capture an image quickly and easily. You can save an image or record video footage with the pull of the trigger lever with your pointer finger. Other machines you have to fumble trying to hold the borescope machine with 1 hand, hold the endoscope tube with the other hand and then try to press your finger on the machine top to take an image. But this borescope it like a joystick and you hold it with 1 hand to before all of the functions, and then just hold the endoscope with your other hand. It is so simple to use. I love the amazing quality of the images and the amazing quality of the screen display. It would be nice it the cord was 1 foot longer- especially for pipes, but for all of the projects that I will use this for does not require such long cord length, so this is perfect. Great quality! Very pleased with my purchase.
