To whom it may interest: They do not state this in the specs, but it is Arca-Swiss Standard, so suitable for other plates with 38mm (1.5") of a width.

It works, it's not the precise super glide when you squeeze, it deviates a little, it's classic in low prices. However we adapt, no regrets, it's good.

I purchased this product to hold a heavy dslr and telephoto zoom to help get more birds in flight keepers . I have to say I was surprised at the sturdy high quality build of this product. I am confident enough to sling the gimbal and camera still attached tripod while trekking to different spots. Balancing camera is a breeze and all motion is smooth with just the right amount of resistance. The customer service is second to none. If only all companies provided this level of service we would live in consumer heaven. Thank you Kent Faith

I was told I should protect my camera with a sturdy tripod. This definitely does the job.

Definitely worth the money and it's sturdier than I thought it would be. Enough adjustable parts to make it work at least for what I do which is YouTube videos. I do recommend that you either get a heavy duty tripod or be very aware of how top heavy your lighter tripod becomes. Overall very happy with it especially for such a low price.
