This tripod has a 1/4 " screw interface adapter for cameras and a phone adapter.This was easy to setup up with the base legs simply folding down. The legs material could have been made a little thicker leaving me a bit uneasy when setting it up. Everything else is quality are and a definite value for the price. It easy to use in all positions and functions as it is described. This is an essential all in one eliminating the need for separate selfie sticks and tripods. It fits nicely in my bag without taking up too much room and its not heavy at all!
