Magnet is very strong but weight of the camera is an issue
This camera mount has a really strong magnet. It's so strong that I wouldn't worry that it would come lose during an action event unless the camera was hit very hard. The issue with the mount is that it has to have some sort of support with a stiffer fabric so that the weight of the camera doesn't make the camera sag. The neck cord sort of keeps the backing of the magnet in place a bit but obviously, the cord only supports the mount straight down from the neck. If the camera is mounted to the side like it's shown in the pictures, there's less support from the neck cord and the only support is from the fabric of the jacket or the tension of the fabric across the body. Otherwise the camera tends to sag. The mount does what it's supposed to do, the user has to figure out a way to use it so that the weight of the camera doesn't cause it to point in the direction he/she wants.
