K&F Concept Good Quality at a Reasonable Price
always use UV filters for my lenses, primarily for the scratch and drop protection they provide to the front element. K&F Concept has a reputation in the photography and content creation industries of providing high quality accessories at a reasonable price. The K&F Concept “Explosive Proof” MCUV Filter features a dual-layer bonding process that keeps shattered fragments securely in place even if the filter breaks, offering extra protection. Part of the Nano-X Series, both sides of the filter are polished for enhanced light transmission, ensuring sharp, crystal-clear image quality with no loss in clarity. The filter reduces UV rays and is described as “weakening” the blue tone in images, which should provide a more neutral or flat image or video footage. In using this with my Nikon Z 24mm f1.7 lens, I did not see any issues with colors or vignetting. The filter, with double-sided, 28-layer nano coating that help make it water, oil, and scratch resistant, easily screwed on to the lens and accepted without issue the lens cap. Highly recommended!
