Great for viewing PWB component temperatures
I just received the unit today and my first impression was great. I have a new PWB board design that I wanted to evaluate for temperature and heatsinking. The pictures have enough resolution to be able to identify parts. I can see how the heat is spread from the regulator chip to the inner layers of the board.
I haven't checked the accuracy yet but it seems to be in the ballpark.
