Surprisingly good!
After being extremely disappointed with the Quenox adapter for the GH4, I ordered the even cheaper K&F Concept Nikon AI(G)-M4/3 with little expectation - and lo and behold, it meets all my expectations! Nothing wobbles, everything is light-tight, works. Clear 5 stars.
